Ordered a set of extension ladders off ebay and ebay stated they would arrive by 12th August. On the 12th of August I recieved a call from Lewis Access saying my delivery would be arriving in another week.
After explaining I needed these ladders in 2 days they shipped them to me by courier.
Ebay need to sort out their delivery times stating delivery is in conjunction with the suppliers.
Follow up call from Lewis Access was very much appriciated and the ladders were perfect.
Would recommemend this company to friends and family. Great service Lewis Access.

Admin team was extremely understanding of our delivery complications & the driver for our tower was friendly and helpful.

Lewis Scaffold service were very competitive with their pricing. Also very professional and obliging. They rigged my whole house for a paint job, didn't keep me waiting when I finished. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a fast turn around required for an order placed with Lewis. Lewis understood our needs and reassured us that our items wood be ready for collection the following day. Their products are great, the price point is spot on and the service is impeccable. What more could you ask for?

Haven't actually used the tower yet, so cant speak about that aspect just yet, but assuming that its a quality product as promised, I would have to say that it all looks like great value for money. Delivered professionally and promptly.

I just purchases a brilliant set of 3 section 7 metre ladders from Lewis-Access Equipment on Ebay.They are brilliant quality.Very well shrink wrapped heavy duty plastic to protect a fast delivery.They would have cost me a 3rd more local at B&Q .Very happy to pass my purchase to my friends & family.Many thanks.

Ordered a scaffolding tower because I needed it asap website say buy now 7/7/2025 get it 10/7/2025 get an email the next day sayin it’s goin be around 7 working days !!! called the office to see why Girl on the phone just kept talking over me put me on hold and left me there !!! tryed ringing back after 5 mins of bein on hold and the call got answered and put back on hold over and over again !!
totally unprofessional disrespectful behaviour won’t use again and will make sure to advise others not to use this company. And before they reply with the we will do an investigation it’s a family run company need I say more

Exactly Perfect - Delivered On Time and As Promised. My experience from calling the business, all the way through to the delivery was outstanding. I found them to be friendly, accommodating and customer focused. Would defo use them again in the future.
