Excellent service

I have moved from another hosting service to scala, everything is great, smooth, fast.
Besides that, I recently had an issues with some sort of plug-in problem, website had serious error and can no longer visit. The scala team (Tray, thanks again) answered in less than 5 seconds and help me locate the problem in less than 30 seconds, and magically, fix the issue in another 30 seconds.
No more need to say here, five star service.
Best money I spent in year 2025

Amazing

Amazing, incredible 24/7 support! No matter when you log in, there will always be someone there to help you. This is important for a beginner like me. By joining ScalaHosting, I feel like I can do everything on the server. Also, the speed of my sites has skyrocketed! I really have no words to thank them for! Renews at higher prices, but very kind CEO!

Update on my review below:

Subsequently, the CEO of the company personally got in touch with me, making a good proposal and offering assistance with all service-related matters. I have continued to use the company's services and I still recommended them!

Original review:

All good until they decided to charge me 3,5 times as much just because I'm an old client. I contacted them and asked to renew at the prices they're offering at present, but they refused and said that current prices do not apply to old customers. Very unpleasant! Now I am forced to migrate my services away within a month. So, basically, you will be lured with what looks like normal prices and after one year, you would be extorted with the explanation that you started at 80% off and some super arrogant comments like "we have to charge our existing clients many times more, else it would degrade our services."
