Candles are nice but very small
Candles are nice but very small. Delivery was quick. I didnt like that your subscription is automatically renewed in 3 months and i am not able to cancel it before that. Kind of cheating hoping that people will forget to unsubscribe in few months time

Hi Kate, thankyou for taking the time to leave us feedback. When you sign up to any of our subscriptions they are all recurring (unless a gift subscription ) however all can be cancelled any time from the point of first ordering to prevent a recurring payment. So for example once you join for a 3 month plan, you can cancel straight after via your account or any other time up until the next recurring payment is taken on the 28th of the month , 3 months later in this case. This is all on our FAQ section and at various points during the order process. At the point of the next recurring payment the first box of the new plan will already have shipped. Lauren x
Amazing candle subscription!
The products which have been sent are beautiful. They’re all full size small candles, all fitting of the season and perfect to put around my house.
Boxes are always dispatched on time and there’s no delay or waiting around for your parcel each month, which is great as I have a few other box subscriptions (beauty boxes etc) which don’t arrive for months at a time!
I’m so glad I signed up and I can’t wait to keep reviving my box each month!

True to its adverts, brilliant customer service!
This one service truly does look like the adverts. My box was beautiful, and contained new candles and scents which I am enjoying daily. The sizing of the scents are reasonable and I believe they will last me through the entire month as well.
I had a little snag in the site where I had accidentally clicked on process order without entering my delivery address. When I had emailed the company, which was on a Saturday, I got a response back within the hour which I didn't expect at all. I was pleasantly surprised at this amazing customer service, and when my box arrived with the welcome gift it felt truly special! I am very much looking forward to my next box! Thanks Lauren!

My daughter bought me a three month subscription for Christmas I absolutely loved it! I’m sad it’s finished, such a good idea and a lovely surprise each month with a variety of different candles.
I bought two subscriptions for my friend’s birthdays and they were thrilled!
I would highly recommend Scent by mail, quick and easy to order and really good value for money
