Disappointing paperwork
The product was great but the paperwork that went with it was disappointing. I bought a one month gift but the invoice the recipient received stated more boxes were in the way...... I had to tell my relative in her birth day there was nothing further to be sent. Such a shame as the product is lovely but the detail not quite.

Loving the first box and can't wait for more!
After a mix up with delivery. I managed to reach out to Lauren who very kindly agreed to resend my first box - the subscription is for my fiancée and she loved it!!!
Really great choice of candles and scents. Couldn't be happier with Lauren's response and dedication to making sure I got my box.

Box as a gift
I ordered one box as a gift for my mum, it was sent to EU country, very quick delivery. I was there when she received it. The reason for 4 stars is that unlike on the pictures, the candles were wrapped in plastic bags, not nicely on display like on website photos. But I guess it's so they don't break during delivery. Otherwise very happy with the box.

First box. Love it!!
I decided to treat myself to a subscription and have just received my first box and starter pack. This is a scrummy box, full of delicious fragrances and even the packaging is gorgeous. My favourite so far is the Amber Noir by Shearer Candles, but I don’t dislike anything in the box. Can’t wait for the next one. Fantastic!
