First time I ordered direct from Scent and not disappointed at all!
First time I ordered direct from Scent Shave & All and not disappointed at all TBH, but the reason I didn't gave 5 starts is that they didn't gave a predicted arrival time when your order would arrive, if that would be the case it will be a 5 star rating. Will try to order again when I ran out as long if they can give me a competitive price on the item I'm ordering.

We notified you as soon as we became aware that the ordered product would no longer be available, as we unexpectedly did not get a stock replenishment for this item, due to a manufacturing issue. You were then immediately issued with a full refund and an we sincerely apologised for the inconvenience. We understand you were disappointed not to get your order, however, we feel we dealt with this situation in the most appropriate manner possible.
