Excellent service. Royal Mail not so good!
Thanks to Royal Mail the 48 Hour delivery was missed completely! Posted on 9th and received on 20th. Contacted Scentshaveandall and Kia promised to investigate. This is my 6th purchase and first issue. I will be using them again.

Thieves
Ordered through eBay and the colour wasn’t quite what I was looking for so requested a return and asked to send back which I did. My item was deceived and signed for on the 23rd September
My messages chasing my refund are being completely ignored, other than one incredibly snotty response reading “would you care to actually return the item first” avoid like the plague. Thieves.

There was a miscommunication here, with the buyer having sent the item back but Royal Mail not successfully delivering it. We have now issued the buyer with a full refund and have fully resolved the matter for them.
