Good Price and delivery. Poor communication.
Product arrived promptly within five days after order by second class delivery. Price of product a lot cheaper than rivals. The only negative part of this order is that I never received a confirmation email after placing my order. I could not contact Scent Shave & All either by phone (never answered and no reply to message left) and no response to any email enquires. I was becoming concerned about the lack of communication but the product arrived so only 4 stars. It would have been 5 had I received confirmation.

Bye bye money!!! No goods
I placed an order this Tuesday, although no notification re order was received I got my blades on Saturday morning. Their I T was playing up, however all fixed now. Back to normal service

We have since spoken with this customer and have resolved the situation with them, they will be revising this review accordingly. There had been a problem with our automated email system regarding an order confirmation being sent across to the customer straight away. Their order confirmation and their physical order has now reached them.

Made an order and payed got no confirmation email or text and didn’t recieve my order tried ringing and emailing no answer beggining to think it’s a scam.
Update: still not received any confirmation checked junk and everything and still not received my order I will change my review to a good one if I receive my order but I did order about a week ago and said it was Royal Mail 1st class but still not here so my review is an honest one I can’t write a good review if I haven’t had a good experience ordering? If it is on its way and arrives I will change my review…

We have re-sent your order confirmation, please check any spam/junk folders for this. After checking the tracking number, we can see that it is well on its way to you and should be arriving imminently. We advise that you wait a sufficient amount of time for an order to arrive, before leaving very unfair and potentially damaging comments about “a scam” when we are actually a very honest and legitimate company, hence our overall score on this platform.

The product was a little disappointing, but not this company's fault - it's the XL TeePee dental sticks, and the outer plastic peels off really easily so they come to bits quite quickly. I suppose the smaller sized ones are completely plastic but these have an inner core covered by coloured plastic.

My order (2 x discontinued nail polish) was never received. I presume they never had the stock. Took them 17 days to realise this and refund me.
In reply to your response, you DID NOT email me at all. The only email I received from you was my order acknowledgment. NO FURTHER emails have ever been received from you.

We sent you a message outlining that the items in your order had been returned back to us, damaged by the courier in transit and as a result, we went ahead and issued you with an immediate full refund. This was due to the time frame that had passed, no longer having this item line readily available in stock and also not wishing to leave you waiting in the unknown any longer. We openly reached out to you to inform you of all this, throughly explaining everything alongside your PayPal refund, extending our sincere apologies to you and we did all of this as soon as it came to our attention. The first thing you have done in response is leave us a 1 star review on here.
In response to your reply of our original response, yes we did message you. Please check your PayPal notes/spam. We have literally just checked it and can see it.
We will always ensure that we send an email or extend a message if there is a problem, or if we receive contact, regarding an existing order.
