Hello there. We are sorry to hear this, however, we have reason to believe this is not based on a genuine experience (and may be a sabotage attempt or suspected competitor). This is because under no circumstances would we ignore several emails from a customer and even in an unprecedented situation, like an order not arriving for 9 days, we would ensure that communication still took place. We do pride ourselves on speedy delivery and top-level customer service and the fact that we have above 4 stars with over 200 reviews on this platform, shows that the majority of our customer base believe we are accurately fulfilling this.

We can see upon following it up that there was a slight courier delay with the delivery of your order and for that we do sincerely apologise. Please know that this is highly unusual when ordering with us and we do everything we can to ensure that orders are dispatched out the same day that they are placed, in order to reach our customers as quickly as possible. Quality Control - We understand how frustrating it can be to receive an item that does not meet expectations. We strive for high quality and every product we send is carefully inspected. Unfortunately, in rare cases, some items can be damaged during shipping or handling. When we received your initial complaint, we immediately initiated a replacement process to make things right.

Replacement Process - After your initial communication, we worked with you to ensure a replacement was sent out as quickly as possible. Our goal is always to resolve issues and we regret that the replacement also apparently had some damage. However, it is important to note that this could have been a result of transit or packaging issues and we certainly did not intend for any product to arrive in a faulty state of condition.

Customer Communication - We always aim to respond promptly to our customers, and we’re truly sorry if you felt ignored. We did not intentionally "blank" your emails, and we are currently investigating this to ensure that it doesn't happen again. Our commitment to customer service is indeed one of our highest priorities. Some of the comments and claims you have made, such as "dodgy company" and "thieves" are completely untrue and could be perceived as defamation.

Regarding The Original Review Removal - We apologise if our request for you to reconsider the removal of your initial review was perceived as coercion. Our intention was to find an amicable solution and we regret any misunderstanding that arose from that interaction. We truly appreciate constructive feedback, as it helps us improve our service.
