My son liked the school trousers and…
My son liked the school trousers and was happy that he can have trousers with the same material and look as his friends even though he is much taller. Mens trousers in high street shops are too flimsy and he didn't like the feel of them, these trousers were just perfect.

Many thanks for getting in touch, I did try to call you a couple of times last evening but it went to answer phone so I thought it was easier to email.
Firstly apologies for the delay with your order, I can see you have paid for next day delivery and we did not achieve that so I have copied my colleagues in customer service into this email so that they refund you the £4.95 postage cost.
I have spoken with our supplier who were shipping the order to you directly and unfortunately they had a few delays this week and I can see that your order did not leave as planned, however it is now showing as on its way with the courier and you should have had an email from us to say that it is on its way?
So you can keep an eye on it the tracking number with Evri is ……….
I will also keep an eye on it from this end to ensure it arrives with you.

Great shopping experience
I found this website via Google. I have been looking for a particular skirt and none of the high street shops sell the size of my daughter. The order arrived very quickly. I ordered two sizes for comparison and sent one back when we have chosen the right size. The return process is easy and had a quick refund.

Very happy with my purchase
Very happy with my purchase! The usual supermarket brands always seem to be out of stock, but when my youngest son found an old pair from SUS that his brother used to wear, and really liked them, I was so pleased to find his size available. It's brilliant that they're proper waist and length sizes also. Well worth spending a little more, the quality is great.

I ordered 3 x Pairs of Grey School…
I ordered 3 x Pairs of Grey School Trousers and when they arrived 1 x Pair of the Trousers were totally different colour to the other two and the colour they described was totally different. I returned the 3 x Pairs and was told that the Postage would be credited as a goodwill gesture, however, I have received the refund for the trousers but not the Postage. It's nearly been 2 months backwards and forwards contacting and still no sign of the Postage Refund. Otherwise good quality trousers and fairly priced. Just don't be surprised if you have to chase for a refund if you return items.

Not hassle-free returns as stated on website!
Do not order from this site unless you’re sure on style and sizing. It is not ‘hassle-free’ returns as stated. Paid a hefty delivery charge and there’s no free returns. Therefore I have lost £10 per order I have placed. Will shopping elsewhere in future.

We also offer a 30-day returns window if something isn’t right, and all our products come with a 12-month quality guarantee for peace of mind.
We also understand that getting the right size first time is important, which is why our expert team is available by phone on 01432 34 35 32, Monday to Friday. This level of personal service is rare these days, with most websites only offering chatbots, and many of our customers love being able to speak to a real person for advice before ordering.
