Cheaper to buy milk and other foods at Marks and Spencer. Totally ridiculous pricing. Feel like we are being robbed .fruit and veg sub standard. Grey bananas etc. Stopped shopping here.

Went into scotmid oldkilpatrick with my pup that cost over £8000 was basically told that I would be barred by a young jobsworth if I brought my dog in again, young boy was very arrogant towards me as was the manager

Just back from hallhill road! One your website it’s meant to open at 7am! Trying to get a scotmid open between barlanark and cranhill is nothing short of an absolute disaster! I think the staff make their own hours up……cranhill is the worst run shop in Glasgow, no staff and never open

bought a pot noodle and there was no sauce in it also didn’t get let of 10p for my grandmas noodles she’s severely i’ll and wanted some noodles embarrased me infront of whole shop too expensive won’t be coming back with the way i’m going financially 😡

Scotmid Cleland saturday 9am 26/11 and no hot food. Really !!!!

Scotmid loanhead stand and hold the cigarettes other high value items until you pay as a customer I feel they assume I can't pay for items told my views to regional manager who said it was company policy as for me I prop make more money than her she said customers running out door without paying off can't run for the bus never mind running out without paying terrible service

Hallhill Road Store, Glasgow.
Lovely new store on Hallhill Road however the staff are excruciatingly slow and sometimes appallingly rude, often choosing to chat with friends / shoppers they may know rather than clear a queue.
Almost every time I or my partner have been into the store this occurs, particularly with the female staff.
Their speed is glacial at best & when you eventually interrupt them they are actually offended you would be so bold as to request them to do the job theyre paid for. Theres a time for banal school yard jibber jabber with your buddies & its not when you have a queue of people trying to get to work and ready to riot.

Thankyou to everyone at Moredun Scotmid that helped with my elderly parents delivery today, ❤️ wonderful service x

I really do wish scotmid delivery drivers would respect other peoples property a neighbour was getting a delivery and the driver used my driveway to turn the cheeky pig

below 0 the worst shop ever customers care below 0 hiring kids who have no idea and no skills , in the future i believe nursery children will do the job

No Hello. No Goodbye. No, would you like your receipt. All because the operator is too busy speaking to her fellow operator in her native language, which I could not identify. No time to speak to me the customer. Rude at best, ignorant at worst.
Appalling customer contact.

Lovely clean shop but extremely unfriendly staff who can't crack a smile or say please and thank you. Need a course in customer care, its not good . Hate going in there

Just been into Scotmid Inverkeithing, staff very friendly, but what was noticeable was the store was immaculate, and well stocked. A credit to the shift on tonight, worthy of mention. Really good standard

I attended at the Scotmid in Tullibody at the beginning of September 2021 to purchase hot food.
It was early in the morning and to say the food was substandard is an understatement.
I paid for 2 rolls on sausage and was told there was no sauce, not a big deal! As I was in a hurry, I went to eat my rolls on the go, after one bite the taste was terrible, I looked at the sausage and it was over cooked and bone dry, needless to say the other roll was the same.
I sent an email in to complain about the food but heard nothing back. I emailed about 3 weeks later only to be told that the store manager was aware and would reply to me, again no email.
Long story short, the store manager never responded to me and left it to their customer service department.
A member of staff ( who will remain nameless) informed me one day soon after that the manager said to customer complaints at head office, it was a disgruntled member of staff who created a fake email account.
I am and never have been a member of staff at Scotmid and it is not a fake email account.
I won’t be back especially when the store manager is still there.

The guy at scotmids last night has charged me twice with my bank card in inverkeithing scotmids

Worst shop ever - such bad service . Portobello in Edinburgh really scuzzy shop but good products however not worth the agro - just awful

was great service only thing is that i could not find the sussy imposter sauce or the fortnite backpack? really think they should be doing everything they can to get them back in stock as soon as possible. the staff are also really nice i have a sad life, no one came to my epic fortnite battle royal 70th birthday party, however a kind looking gentleman jim i think his name was came up to me with his arms wide open and gave me a hug, what a nice wee chap!!!!

Don't go in with an old paper £20 note . Refused to accept it. Even though they are still legal tender until September 2022. Balerno shop. No answer to why. Thought I was in London.

Extremely expensive even when they reduce before expires! The manager at the Portobello shop is rude. Why do they have to be miserable and treat customers like that? With Aldy and Ldls this type of supermarket won't survive. They really need to make a big change.
