Easy to manage through the App
I've been with Scottish Power for a long time now. My deal was coming to and end and I just changed tariff using the App. Scottish Power always comes out as my best provider on comparison sites. The App is really useful and contains a lot of information. Power Saver is a newish feature, giving 50% of electricity at certain times of the day; along with occasional rebates if you reduce usage at peak times.

The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, I had nearly given up trying to get thru to Scottish power to extend my contract. You do not seem to make allowances for your elderly customers but am pleased to say the lady concerned answered all my questions ,so was a lucky phone call for myself.
