I have been using Scottish power for a year and I have found that my bills have been consistent with what I expected to pay for my all electric apartment. I have had no problems that needed any input from Scottish power.
Where as I would prefer to talk to somebody doing my new tariff online was ok impersonal but ok an email confirmation would of been nice to know if I'd at least managed to set it in motion as all this is my worse nightmare
The instillation only took about an hour for both gas and electricity smart meter’s. The Engineer was very efficient explained everything clearly and left a booklet explaining everything.
Power saver times are very welcome. Have had no issues with supply. Still a costly expenditure.
