These other "good" reviews are…

These other "good" reviews are definitely bots.

The amount of times that these steal money would make Bonnie and Clyde blush.

Every. Single. Time. I have to contact them and threaten to leave to put my electric on after it's been paid, shown on the app. This particular time has taken 3 hours for them to put it on.

Scottish Power fail to provide customer care

Meter installed in June 25 has never functioned
It took a year for problem to be resolved
After raising a complaint it took 4 months and 4 complaint handlers the complaint is still unresolved
Scottish Power have a total disregard for its customers especially old vulnerable customers.
Deeply shocked and upset by the paucity of treatment

Scottish Power Meter installation

The instillation only took about an hour for both gas and electricity smart meter’s. The Engineer was very efficient explained everything clearly and left a booklet explaining everything.
