The instillation only took about an hour for both gas and electricity smart meter’s. The Engineer was very efficient explained everything clearly and left a booklet explaining everything.
Power saver times are very welcome. Have had no issues with supply. Still a costly expenditure.
The person I spoke to had an excellent telephone manner - was very well informed - and easily resolved the slight concern I had.
Many thanks for your help.
Hi, the first lady just spoke. It was not very helpful and the second gentleman I forget his name, but it was more helpful.
The customer care person ( Abby) was very helpful and informative. She ensured my concern was dealt with positively and I was pleased with the outcome.
Very good service and very helpful but for fitting a smart meter and not supplying a monitor for me to see useage and after ringing six times and promises of a monitor never materialized thats the down side
Easy to use.only takes a minute to enter meter readings. Helps me keep in touch with my gas and electric monthly bills
I phoned to ask for information the amount of credit on my meter. I was given the information needed. They also asked if I required any extra assistance regarding any disability, there were none. They also asked if I required any other help and there were none. They respectful and helpful.
Very quick response once I was through to a person.
Would probably be more helpful if the Boiler Maintenance dept had and email address not just a phone no.
Service is good, only issue is when topping up gas it doesn’t always do it automatically and have to input voucher code. This is a bit frustrating as I do not have very good eye sight
Excellent and helpful service and good advice given to us changing our tariff. We'll done.
