Customer service extremely good
I have found Scottish Power's customer service to be extremely good, but nobody's perfect, so just 4 stars. The app can sometimes feel difficult to manoeuvre but all the information is there. I could have got my new fix a little cheaper than with Scottish Power, but only with two of the 'Big 4' that I've had appalling service from.
