I have spent over three years trying to get Scottish Power to replace a broken meter. After many broken promises, a complaint letter ignored and finally intervention from the ombudsman, I finally, today, got a new meter. Now that’s the easy part is over, I now have to face what’s coming when they try to recuperate what I will owe them. I have many times told them I have a serious heart condition and my wife has Alzheimer’s, but it seems it counts for nothing. Wish me luck!
The website was very easy to use and explained everything.
