First of all, hats-off to SCP for selling Niwaki. Higurashi GR secateurs are a thing of beauty - the refined action delivers a precise, clean cutting feel similar to my defunct CK G5631, but in a more compact form. The spare spring is a thoughtful touch for long-term ownership. The Niwaki website has an excellent video showing how to use the indispensable #1000 sharpening stone & the 'rust & sap' eraser is an eye-opener. Thank you for design excellence, at a favourable price, with the most secure packaging that I've seen in a long time. Some favourable weather would help.

Always great professional service from SCP in Shoreditch. Paul was great. I've purchased many times from SCP by telephone and online and have never been let down.

Unfortunately the glass butter dish is cracked in one corner and extremely sharp . It must have been broken before packaging as to be fair the box it was delivered in was more than adequate to protect it. Won't be sending back due to return costs and would have to argue about SCP refunding the postage costs both ways. Basically cost £30 for broken item that can't be used for its intended purpose!

Absolutely love the quality of my new battery operated little portable rechargeable light which is now in my kitchen. Perfect Olive colour to match my other items and also very useful if there is a power cut :)

I placed this order in April 2026 - at this point I was given no indication that there would be a delay. When I chased the order a few weeks later, I was told that it would not be delivered until August. I said that was problematic because we had an event in July that we needed the table for. They then said they could ship the table and chairs in July but the cushions would not be ready until August. So we took receipt of the table/chairs and started using them. However there was no news of the cushions. Summer came and went with no cushions and they were finally delivered last week - in November! It seems extraordinary to me that an order could be taken without any indication that it would be 7 months before it is delivered. Completely bizarre.
