Great customer service, fast response and easy to deal with. Would have liked instructions specific to make for measuring my dogs feet but using the ones provided for a different make worked just as well. Great item, we ordered some boots for protecting our dogs feet after an operation on her pad and they are working well. Great fit (as quoted by our vet!) stay on and don't seem to bother her too much,. Excellent product and service.

Exciting news, our pet dog is able to once again enjoy her walks with the aid of her new , Pawz Dog Boots.
Easy to fit & long life wearing considering they are disposable, from the start of wearing them we have had no problems.
Considering she has poorly cracked paws this has been the answer to be able to take her out walking again.
Would recommend for all poorly paws.

.All in all a great harness.The only beef I have about it is it is a bit big. I ordered the xsmall size, and shoulf have ordered an xxsmall for my papillion. Having said that Chico is only eight months old and wears it happily. I think he may well put on a little more weight, and therefore the fit will improve.

I needed to find some 'dog boots' for my 12year old Golden Retreiver, Barney, who has trouble skidding on our kitchen's tiled floor. I trawled through the internet and came across the Scruff McDuff site which had a great selection of these boots . I ordered a set online and chose 2nd class delivery. The website was easy and user friendly to use and I received a confirmation e-mail of my order almost immediately. Very impressed bearing in mind it was late Saturday afternoon. On Monday another e-mail arrived informing me that the goods had been despatched, they arrived by 9am on Wednesday. The service was on a par with Amazon and the boots helped Barney regain his confidence and mobility and the quality of the product was very good.

I had been looking for a harness for my dog for some time and came across this company on the inter net I can honestly say it's made walking my dog a real pleasure again no more pulling it's great value for money and very strong material.

I purchased one of the Scruff MacDuff harnesses, unfortunately despite measuring the dog the harness did not fit well and I found the securing strap a little rough. I have contacted Scruff Macduff by email and am really pleased with the prompt response and suggestion for an alternative product which I will now order and return the product which does not meet my needs.

Having received the Doggles V harness I discovered it was too small ( despite having measured my dog!) I spoke to Scruff Macduff and ordered a larger size. The replacement was dispatched promptly and overall I was impressed with the service received.

The range of Products is Fantastic, All at very affordable prices. Ordering was a piece of cake and being able to checkout with PayPay was quick and easy with the added comfort of knowing that my payment was secure. I was kept up-to-date with the progress of my order throughout the whole process. My order was despatched very quickly and arrived within a couple of days, also having a UK phone number to call should I have any problems (which I didn't) was very nice, you can order over the phone too and I think more websites should provide this option, so welldone for that Scruff Macduff!!! Now onto the product itself........ I ordered the Sierra Extreme Dog back pack to try and wear-out my hyperactive Beagle (Molly) a little bit more on our walks. Oh My Gosh! The quality is PHENOMINAL!!!! It is one of the Lowest prices that I found online (even compared to the UK's favourite online auction site) and the build quality is easily comparable to back packs that I've seen priced at 10 times the amount that I paid for the Sierra Extreme version. So Welldone Scruff MacDuff for your superb customer service and top-rate products. I shall definately be coming back to you in the future for all of my Doggy related purchases.

Ordered dog socks. Delivery took a while but it was over the Easter period so quite understandable. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, I phoned the company and they were great, advised to return and they sent out a larger size as requested. I had hoped they'd be more robust than Benji's normal gripper socks which I have to darn because of his claws but these definitely wont stop him slipping on our wooden floor. The new socks 'fit' but they're a poor design as the plastic padder 'bases' do not stay in place. I'm giving up as I don't want the postage cost of returning them again. A shame but one of those things. Have awarded 3 stars to try and reflect the good and not so good aspects.

I've been buying Doggles ILS eye protectors for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for over 2 years and the service has been excellent;and, if the extra lenses are not in stock, I've received a 'phone call from Jamie to advise me.
Delivery is prompt and the packaging prevents any damage.

I bought a pair of Originalz Doggles for my pug, they would be great if only he would keep them on, a bit of pursuading might do it and some treats. I made the mistake of buying some ILS replacement lenses at the same time for the Doggles but they don't fit the Originalz (my fault i should have looked into it a bit more). I was thinking if i bought a pair of ILS Doggles as well he could have the clear lenses for the ILS and wear inside and the shaded Originalz for when he is outside, that way i don't have to keep changing the lenses.

We were looking for a harness for our puppy, the range Scruff MacDuff had was excellent however on first glance on the website they did not have the size we needed. A quick telephone conversation with somebody who clearly knew what they were talking about helped us identify an alternative product. Back to the website, couple of clicks and the next day we had the harness on our Mutt.
The product is great, well made and as described on the site.
