Fab soft and attractive harness. Very comfortable for my dog, nice and soft on his armpits and lightweight. He was able to run around without being hindered. Washable. Good measurements enabled a good fit. Excellent quality for the price. Brilliant service, super fast delivery, excellent packaging. A very usable website. MY DOG IS ALLERGIC TO GRASS AND THESE ARE THE BEST THINGS I HAVE BOUGHT, THESE BOOTS REALLY STAY ON AND PROTECT MY DOG FROM THE IRRITATION NORMALLY CAUSED BY GRASS AND OTHER DEBRIS ON THE PATHWAYS DURING OUR WALKS, GREAT IDEA!

Great product and our dog was happy to wear the Doggles as soon as we unpacked them.

Fantastic service. We wanted Pawz boots for our GSD but they were out of stock in the size we needed. They said they would phone next day as they were expecting a delivery. Good as their word they called and the items arrived with us the following day.

Over the Easter holiday, Kate my springer spaniel lost her sight. I was told she had SARDS and would be permanently blind. I was heartbroken, but turned for help to a few different blind dog charities and blind dog Facebook pages for advice. Most people advised getting a good solid harness to give Kate more security and to prevent strain on her neck which can cause pressure on the eyes. I was also advised to look at face/ eye protection for her for when she was out. I had thought her walking days were over, but blind dogs are able to cope amazingly well with the right support! A few people online recommended Scuff MacDuff. Looking on their site, I was able to find everything I needed to enable my beautiful girl to continue her life. The harness I ordered is very supportive and so well made. Kate will trust me to be her eyes enough to run with me again! I also bought some Doggles which protect her eyes from all the sharp objects she would not be able to see coming while she sniffs through the hedgerows; these are well made and comfortable for her to wear. Both items came so quickly, and customer service was extremely helpful; changing sizes for me at short notice (It is quite difficult to measure a panicking dog!) With help from Scruff MacDuff, Kate is now returning to her happy, waggy self and can still live a full life. I highly recommend this company; and Kate sends them her warmest thanks! :)

Items delivered quickly which are really good quality and a great price, will purchase from them again. My order was dog collars I ordered two as my puppy has still some growing to do.

Luna, our 4 year old excitable Jack Russel had a habit of pulling on her collar lead combination and choking herself. We were getting a bit concerned about the possibility of long term damage so looked into buying a harness for her. The first website we came across was 'Scruff Macduff' and we were immediately impressed. As we were not sure which size to go for we rang the shop. The guy we spoke to was very friendly and helpful and gave us the advice we needed. We had no hesitation in ordering immediately and chose the 'Mutt Gear -Padded Harness''. We received the product the following day! The harness itself is amazing! Very well made, well padded and washable. We honestly couldn't be happier and neither could Luna! Previously it wasn't a pleasant experience for any of us going for 'walkies' but now however we spend hours hiking in the Welsh Mountains and I even have a new running buddy! Without our 'mutt gear' harness this simply wouldn't be possible! Thank you Scruff MacDuff

we bought some pawz for our puppy who had been chewing his pads. the pawz arrived quickly and were excellent. great choice and good delivery service. we were so impressed we told our vet who has passed on the site details to others.

This site is worse than a visit to Ikea. I don't seem to be able to get away without buying something I never knew I needed ;) Everything i have bought has been good quality and as expected from the descriptions on the website.

The Mutt-Gear harness I bought fitted perfectly, thanks to the excellent size guide and description provided on the website.

I can't comment on the customer support as I had no need to use them, as the harness was perfect.

There's lots of excellent products on the website, at reasonable prices, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again if they had the item I required.

Unusual selection of harnesses found hard to judge size and had to get exchange but service etc all good.

I am extremely impressed with the overall service it was super fast and the harness that I brought is brilliant its strong but soft and looks smart on. Works well as a car harness as well. I would highly recommend.

We bought a harness for our schnauzer but it was too big around the neck so we wanted to return it. After reading the T&C,s it turns out that we would not get a full refund we would have to pay for a recorded return and the company would take a percentage of the refund for admin and bank charges. If you want to run a successful business then all the extra charges need to be dropped. It,s a shame as we probably would of just swapped it for a different one as it was a really nice harness

Dogs enjoyed their toys didn't last long but that was dogs fault not the toys.
