I was after a new harness for my border terrier jack Russell cross which is always difficult as he is a strange shape. I emailed Scruff Macduff who responded quickly with sizing info. I ordered a harness but unfortunately ordered a size to large. I contacted the company and they advised to send the item back. I did and a few days later a smaller harness arrived. I was impressed how quickly a replacement was sent and that I did it have to pay for postage again. Would definitely use again.

Was not sure if to order from this site as never heard of them but must say very impressed as got the goods within the time limit and will use again

I firstly contacted the staff at Scruffmacduff for advise on a harness for my French Bulldog.
I already had a harness for him but it was made of very hard nylon and it had begun to rub under his front legs. I wanted a harness that was softer yet strong enough to keep my Frenchie comfortable and safe.
I messaged Scruff macduff for advise and was directed to the a V harness for him.
I ordered one which was delivered within a couple of days.
I was very pleased with the new harness and more to the point, so was "Louis"!
I was so happy that I ordered another similar harness for him a few months later.
I would highly recommend Scruff Macduff for their fist class advise and product.

I bought a pair of 'Doggles' and chose Scruff MacDuff as they were cheapest around, which as we all know, isn't always the best decision.
In this instance I wasn't disappointed. The Doggles were as described, well packaged and arrived in super fast time.

Delivery took longer then expected, although there was no big rush for the product so it did not really affect my satisfaction

Bought a harness from Scruffmacduff and harnessed my dog, she now walks perfectly and is totally under control. Would definitely reccommend this company, and often do to all my customers.

I have bought items from scruffmacduff and have found them to be off a high standard, hard wearing, and the best products on the market. I was finding it diffucult to obatin a pink harness that was also dog friendly, did not rub on my dogs joint, chest and legs and at scrffmacduff I found that perfect harness, thanks to them I can walk my dog with the knowledge she is safe as well as comfortable. Excellent company and service.

I have a large hairy golden retriever and the site said the collar (knot just a collar) I bought was good for this kind of dog. It is a very thin collar and 'disappears' in his coat. It is very strong with a handy little ring (not just the usual fixed D ring) which you attach the tag to so it doesn't jingle as the dog walks along, can get a bit noisy with a big bouncy dog!!
I will probably get one for my labrador as I was so pleased with this one.

I bought 2 ruffwear jackets for my dogs and was delighted with the prompt service. The items were exactly as advertised and the sale price was brilliant! They arrived quickly and I had no problems with them.

We bought a harness for our Jack Russell Sam. Although he isn't that keen on it because he can't run off or pull when it is on we love it. It makes life so much easier as we can lift him over stiles or carry him when he has decided that he does not want to walk anymore!

The harness I purchased has helped a labrador with injured rear legs walk much better.
With a collar she used to scew around and fall over as it turned her head. Now she feels she can put full power with her shoulders and she in her mind is winning. In fact I have better control while in her efforts she is using her back legs much better.

They had exactly what I wanted at a decent price compared with other places. Delivery was quick.

My Golden retriever had a stroke and could not walk , eventually he got the confidence with the Paws on as he could not slip on the wooden and tiled floors
