Very poor fit unless you have no genitals and twigs as legs you also want to be happy with your bum crack on show.
Fit about right on the waist but the moment you move to bend they reveal your bum crack. Cant put anything in pockets as to tight a fit so even a small amount not coins dig into you. when seated your genitals are squeezed up into your stomach and the top side of your legs have the blood circulation cut off.

Great quality but sizing is a bit off
The trousers were a bit bigger than the tag but the company was happy for me to change them.

Zero customer service and with the official website advertising products that are obsolete it makes for a frustrating experience.
Without asking they also sent out goods where the postage was x2 the value of the goods!

I not received completed order
I not received completed order, 1 parcel went to wrong address. Tried ringing customer services about outstanding order been on hold for 15 minutes,55 minutes, 23 minutes and still not been sorted. Sending emails without personal reply.

The item was supposed to arrive weeks ago but didn’t i still don’t have it lol i had trouble receiving emails from scruffs so I contacted them to tell them i never received order confirmation and they couldn’t find my order i have bad feet and desperately needed new work boots should have just gone to amazon useless company

First
First. Website has multiple offers that are non existent (jackets/boots) to draw you in to order. They then have a low priced item (cap)that you order because it’s just a cheap item. The main items are refunded leaving a £2 item with a £5 delivery charge.
Second. When you complain, the phone number they have emailed is wrong. Their email replies are erratic. I was cc’d into an email with two others. No one knew who was staff and who was a customer. This made a mockery of gdpr laws as I knew what the other customers had ordered and could reply to them. I did get refunded full amount after complaining.

Sent wrong size and phoned customer services and was told send a e-mail. Took 2 days to get a reply and a week later still not received new work pants.
