Ordered fine, took my money.
Received confirmation email.
Waited 10 days and contacted customer support.
At first they couldn't even find my order.
Then was told it was out of stock til June.
Refunded very quickly and Ellie at customer support was a great help.
But probably shouldn't be able to order things that arent in stock.
Thought id order from the manufacturer to save money and problems.......
Ended up getting same product delivered next day and cost me £2 less...... from Toolstation.

Scruffs saggy crouch
Scruffs trade flex trousers were the best until they made the crouch bigger for comfort, this now feels like your trousers are sagging between your legs most uncomfortable, what a big design error, now it’s time to find a different brand sorry Scruffs.

Items ordered where only partially…
Items ordered where only partially delivered, with items missing although website stated clearly on my account that order was complete
After contacting customer services items were identified as out of stock, then re-ordered for 3/4 day delivery
Still didn't turn up, no contact from customer services until i contacted them to be told out of stock and be offered a refund, which i admit was done promptly
