I must admit that when we entered the…
I must admit that when we entered the store we were going to get some hassle which we didn’t want but it wasn’t the case The salesman was very polite and helpful we had a good conversation and a lot of fun dealing with him and purchasing a sofa and 2 reclining chairs Were given free tape measures as a thanks but he wouldn’t part with his I pad we left the store very happy and hope that the delivery will not be delayed as we have experienced in the past with other suppliers

Michael at Aberdeen shop provided clear explanation of product and sales choices which contributed to confidently make purchase decision for 2 chairs.

We had the pleasure of buying a sofa today with the help of Lisa, she was absolutely fantastic and made the process incredible easy and straightforward. We found our dream sofa and wouldn’t have been able to without her. She is super friendly and excellent at her job!!!

Fantastic welcome to the store by Michael. We were in for a look around and we were able to do that.
Michael helped us with a few questions but we left not purchasing. Michael did send me a quotation.
A few weeks later, having established when Michael would be working, we called in and made a purchase.
