The sofa arrived 3 weeks earlier than expected which was great. I was kept updated with the delivery time and had a map to see where the delivery lorry was before it arrived with me. The 2 men who delivered and installed my sofa were very experienced and just got on with the job. There was no faffing about and they knew exactly what they were doing. I’m so pleased with my sofa. In summary the company seem to be very organised and experienced in their jobs. Very satisfied customer

Staff in Cannock were very helpful and the sofa is lovely. However, delivery was poor. A box clearly marked DO NOT DROP was dropped out of the back of the truck. I had to verify this on CCTV. Disappointing, as the rest of the service has been good.

Only a couple of weeks since getting our new Caboli 2 seater sofas but so far thoroughly impressed. They are so comfortable with the lumbar support and head/ neck tilt. And the colour is beautiful, looks amazing in our lounge.
Staff at Cannock branch are all really helpful, and so too were the delivery guys, keeping us well informed on our delivery.

Have had furniture from scsfor many years. Always had good service.the staff are helpful and pleasent. Have ordered a 2 seater recliner sofa to match the one we purchased last year. Can't wait for it to arrive.

We were greeted at the door by a very nice young lady not pushy and left us to stroll around if we wanted any help they were there and very helping Stephen you sold us our chairs was very nice and explained everything and answered all our questions.

I dealt with the assistant manager JAMES he was thoroughly professional/ polite/ and understanding of my dilemma.he swiftly sorted things out so I left feelings I was understood and listened too ... From start to finish we were made very welcome. Given great details about which sofas are best ect. Soon as we walked into the shop 😀 we knew exactly what we were having . As this particular sofa just wowed my husband and I :-) . Now we wait for our sofa to arrive in September. Super excited 😆

Suite was delivered on 1/6 but store had ordered wrong size cups for the feet to stop it scratching the floor, was told to phone the store which I did they said they didn’t keep any on the premises so they would post them out. I phoned 2 weeks later and they didn’t even know what size I needed so obviously hadn’t posted anything. I was told someone was taking personal responsibility to ensure they went in the post that night a week later they still haven’t arrived. Would never use this store again and will be going to trading standards if they don’t arrive soon

Never been in the shop before and on arrival we was welcomed by Steve. He explained everything and then we had a mooch around but asked him for more help. We then made our decision with his help and guidance and purchased. Very good customer service. Nice, pleasant and friendly.

Looking for recliner chair, was shown every chair in the showroom (there were lots) both fabric and leather. Sat in all of them, finally decide on one. Have to say the sales lady was very pleasant and patient, and to top it all, came away with a bag too, all in all a vey rewarding experience

When recliner chair was delivered the plug was broken.made mo offer to supply replecement.was told to buy one myself

Sales people were informative and helpful. Delivery earlier than expected. Delivery men were polite and courteous and quickly assembled the sofa and ensured it was in working order.

From the first meeting with salesman James who explained all about our choice of furniture and delivery times, through to delivery guys Avni and Josh, we could not have been treated better.delivery guys informed us about delivery time slots and were bang on, polite and courteous less than 15 minutes later we were sitting on our new sofa, sofa and chair well packaged and all packaging taken away. Would definitely recommend this company.

Good selection of sofas. Treated very well by sales staff with no high pressure sales. Chose our sofa at a leisurely pace. Staff had a good knowledge of the products they sell.

The crew did great, but the sofas not finished. Supposedly a team is going to come out and repair it, but we've heard nothing from Poltronesofa.
