Unfortunately he omitted to tell us the price of delivery for One chair. Which was we felt extortionate
£128.00 when you think we live in Cardiff.
Had we known this we wouldn’t have placed the order.

Poltronesofà experience
As soon as we stepped into the store we were blown away.
The smell was lovely, the staff well presented and smart, all wearing the same and all looked clean and welcoming. It was easy to see who they were amongst other shoppers.
We were met with respect to look around whilst kindly being informed about the ways of the store and ordering.
All staff very friendly and respectful. Things were explained clearly and concisely.
You have chosen well with your staff and I for one, will be recommending your store to anyone that needs or will listen.
In all the years of shopping, I have never felt so relaxed, welcomed and respected.
I wouldn’t change a thing. This store has outdone any other furniture store that I have ever visited.

When entering the store there was a member of staff to create you and said if you need anything just ask. They left you to look without someone behind you watching you. When you were ready to help. All members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this store if asked where to go.

My experience as a customer is that they are unprofessional
I would advise everybody to avoid this company
Cannock store sold a product and would not allow cancellation within 24 hours after we found all the bad reviews and experiences of other customers.
Scimming through T&C s with a tablet that does not explain that your consumer rights are non existent as far as cancellation goes when you buy instore.
Now multiple emails later to the customer services - zero responses!

Visited this shop recently and was welcomed straight away, everything explained, we were left to wander at our leisure and when we decided which sofa we would like Richard was extremely helpful and explained everything totally to us. We were offered a drink several times and made very welcome by all members of staff whilst going through the process of buying the sofa. Would highly recommend.

Totally disappointed …
Satisfactory service prior to the sofa arriving.
The leather sofa is so disappointing- it arrived on Friday and by Saturday it looked like it had been sat on for years! The leather is lose and sagging and the one control panel is defective.
My old leather sofa is still here awaiting collection from a charity and it looks better than my brand new one!
I attended the local store (Bridgend)yesterday to try out the sofa and that was a far better quality than the one I’ve received. As soon as my husband mentioned the reason for our visit staff avoided any contact.
Complaint procedure has started so now awaiting a technician but I feel that my money has been wasted.
