First was the smell... it was fabulous!
Then it was the warm kind welcome from the staff which was so genuine. It took us a very long time to decide on a sofa as there were so many quality ones to choose from. We were shown around the store and sofas plus everything was explained in great detail. We really enjoyed our experience.

Show room staff are very helpful and informative in terms of product specification. I did bot feel pressured and was given plenty of time to wander around and our pace.

Left providing my review until after arranging delivery date of my sofa. I do feel the person i spoke to on the phone in the delivery call centre was very abrupt. I would suggest when talking to customers we are not treated with contempt, just because their delivery date wasn’t convenient. I did feel i was being told off and had to justify the need to re-arrange. Not a good customer service experience at all.
Maybe allow the showroom staff teach them how to speak with paying customers who pay their wages!

All communication prior to delivery was excellent. The 2 men who delivered and set up the sofa were really professional and very friendly. We are delighted with our 3 piece suite.
The salesman in the Cardiff Leckwith branch where we purchased the sofa was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The projected delivery date given was accurate.
We would use Poltronesofa again and highly recommend to family and friends. Thank you.

As soon as we walked in the showroom, it felt welcoming, great smell, air conditioned and relaxed friendly atmosphere. We were assisted by Robin who was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this store and their staff. We are very happy with our sofa we purchased.

Julie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sofas. We didn't feel rushed or presurised into making a decision. The sofas and chairs look really good quality and we are looking forward to delivery.

Beautifully laid out shop. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Excellent quality sofas. The sales assistants were both friendly & knowledgeable. They knew exactly when to step in to offer help or answer questions. They also knew when to give us space to discuss things between ourselves. I am sorry that we wasted any time looking around other shops. We will definitely be purchasing all our future sofas here.

This time it was above and beyond, in your cardiff (Leckwith) branch., a memeber of staff by the name of Julie was so helpful throughout our choosing process.. bare in mind we had been a few time with a sofa in mind.

After looking at this certain one, another caught our eye and worked, not only that the features that came with this settee worked for us and our two kids. (Again Julie stood and gave her opinions , showed what it could do., ie moving parts and making it work in our living room, and was really helpful and great with our kids too).

We will always choose Scs over other named brands as we find their customer service and quality of furniture is above the rest.

Needed a bit of advice as I am moving into a smaller property and had to choose furniture that would fit through the door, Robin the salesman was very helpful even measured the furniture and assured us it would fit as the backs can be removed etc, also went next door dfs
But as soon as we went through their doors 3 sales people approached which put us off so went back to robin (Scs)
And decided and choose our furniture placed and paid for our furniture let’s hope we made the right choice, it won’t be robins fault if we didn’t, he was amazing and so helpful it was because of him we chose Scs over DFS
