Yes the service was good, but I wasn't shown the Rules and regulations, We wanted a 3 seater with three cushions but it turned out it is a two seater, I tried to cancel but they said I couldn't due to the R and R, we were not happy.

Whilst the instore sales process was very good, after that it all down hill.
After just three days of taking ownership of a three seater and a two seat Sarina leather sofa set, the seat cushions sagged and became unsightly.
I complained to customer services who don't answer phone calls, only email I'm afraid.
They sent out a so called independent inspector, who stated that it is natural settling.
AFTER 3 DAYS OF USE I don't think so.
Poltronosa then advised that my complaint was not upheld and they closed the case.
I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
The the same old SCS low standard furniture
This is not the end of my complaint, just the beginning.

good shop staff, no hard sells, informative help. ordering was easy and straight forward with delivery date. delivery was a week early but were kept informed, van came on time two man crew and offloaded and assembled quickly. hassle free.

We visited the Leckwith store over the weekend. The service we received was top notch and Jon was very helpful. We felt at ease whilst looking around and felt no pressure from the sales staff. When we wanted someone they were more than ready to help and were very informative. The only downside is they don’t do swatches, so can be a bit tricky when re-decorating an entire room to match colours.

From Our first visit to the fourth visit we had jon from lleckwith store. He was so helpful every step of the way. He made shopping for our family sofa so easy and took the stress away. From choosing the right sofa for us, to the fabric ect. We are looking forward to recieve our sofa in August!

Team kept in touch with delivery time updates. Two professional guys delivered and set up sofa with care, explained workings etc and very quick. Also took all the packing etc away.

Helpful texts prior to the actual delivery. Also really friendly guys who delivered the sofa.

Choosing our sofas was easy, we were left alone to wander the store at our leisure. Coffee & water was offered. No sales pressure and advice given only when requested.
Delivery was brilliant, I received a text the day before, giving a time slot. Next day the van pulled up at 06.50hrs. Delibery men were very polite and efficient. Sofas were set up and tested inside 15 mins.

Great choice available. Left to browse without constant interference from sales staff unless we asked fir information. Once we'd made or decision service was good. Dropped a point because not all conditions of sale were explained at the time and we only discovered them once we were home and read the paperwork. Not sure how useful this review is as we're still awaiting delivery so unable to comment on our actual order.

I went to scs in Leckwith Cardiff, the staff were very friendly and polite, christopher served me, I told him my budget and he took me to the sofa I was able to afford, I loved the fact that he didn't try to pressure me into buying anything out of my budget,such a lovely guy, I would recommend shopping here to anyone

Julie at the store was extremely, knowledgeable on the products were were looking at. Dhe was persnaoble and really went out of her way to help us through the purchasing process.

Be more clear if the need to cancel arises ... don't reel off the conditions ( SO FAST ) that you hardly have the breath to finish (especially when you have been told you have early stages of dementia ) turned what should have been a happy experience " into a frustrating and tired experience

Great service, on time and very helpful

Salespeople very helpful and easy to deal with and they didn’t put us under any pressure to buy. All in all an enjoyable experience.
