Sofa and chair arrived a bit later than time originally given but no problem. Delivery men were pleasant and installed furniture without problem

Regular communication and quick installation in my lounge. Hall area is difficult to manoeuvre but they managed although one or two scuffs to the skirting boards. Suite is as expected and comfortable

Warm Italian welcome from the staff when I walked through the door which made me smile😊. Staff were helpful but not overwhelming leaving me to get what I wanted ordered when I was ready.

Excellent service from the lady (sorry I forget names) who took the time to show and find the right fabric to my wife and I. We must have tried 20 different types before we picked the one.
