Delivery men have caused extensive damage to both sofas and the door frame at my home that they forced them through.

Absolutely appalled at the service from SCS. Had my sofa less than 3 weeks old. Been told that there’s nothing they can do about the puddling. We have to do “breast stroke” motions on it to smooth it out. Warranty department told me that we haven’t been using correct aftercare on it. How dare they assume this! Will never buy anything from here again.
I would also give zero stars. Not even 1 star is worth this rubbish!

Delivery staff were really friendly and delivered with care, extremely helpful. Sales representative Christopher went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Fantastic service all round.

Bolt Removals delivered our sofa on behalf of SCS yesterday and they were absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond in every possible way. Our sofa turned out to be far too big to fit through our living room door — total nightmare — but by sheer luck our neighbour was having his windows replaced on the same day.

Without hesitation, the Bolt Removals team worked with the glazier next door, had the neighbour’s living room window removed, and then lifted our massive sofa through our neighbour’s house, out their back door, over the fence and into our living room. This thing was heavy, but they tackled it with zero complaints and genuinely seemed happy to make sure we had our sofa in time for Christmas.

We were so impressed that we’ve saved their details — when it’s time to move house, we’ll definitely be calling them. The two gentlemen who came out were professional, friendly, and honestly the best we’ve ever dealt with.

Completely disgusting service from Manager Craig in the Cardiff Store. DO NOT BUY from this company. My grey suite arrived as promised. The furniture was as ordered but the 2 foot stools came in a cream colour, which is a completely different colour when they should be exactly the same as the rest of the furniture . The delivery men advised that they had raised this with the store and that they would be replaced. I phone the store only to be told by Craig the Manager that this is what I ordered and that there is nothing I can do! I’m stuck with cream foot stools. I said the salesman knew full well I wanted everything to match so it is his mistake and I was told I should have double checked this with him. Even though it is obvious I would want them to be the same. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time with this company

Absolutely amazing service, the two men who delivered were extremely polite and a great laugh. We couldn't be more happier with our new sofa and the high quality service from purchase to delivery.

The two delivery men worked extremely hard and efficiently, manoeuvring sections through a narrow hallway and assembling with great care

I purchased a 3 seater sofa and armchair which was delivered on 29th July 2025, the upholstery on both items are substandard. I have had to cover both items with throws to hide the poor workmanship, there are excessive creases and puckering of material on both items. This has not happened over time but were delivered like this. I contacted customer service on 1st August 2025 just 2 days after delivery and a technician was arranged by SCS for 20th August 2025, the chair was taken apart and extra cushioning added but this did not solve the problem. I contacted SCS again and another technician arrived on 12th September, again the problem was not resolved. I was told by the technician that I should stretch the fabric by hand on a daily basis when using the furniture. I have repeatedly e mailed and written to this Company only to be told this is not a manufacturing fault. I have forwarded numerous photographs of the faults. I have requested a refund but have been advised by the Company to contact the Ombudsman. Myself and my husband are pensioners and find it absurd that we are expected to"dress" the furniture that we purchased from a reputable Company such as SCS.

Good customer service overall from demo, finance option to the delivery. Highly recommend SCS.

Chris within the Leckwith store in Cardiff (03/10/2025) was absolutely outstanding. Originally I entered the store by mistake, as I intended to go to DFS (Next door) after seeing a few sofa's online.

While I entered, Chris greeted me, the Mrs and even the kids, give us a quick overview of the store, explained that we could have any material, and any colour on any sofa pretty much and directed us to the fabric on the wall, alongside a colour scheme to visualise.

Chris then let us roam around, pressure free to find a sofa. We originally had two we liked within the store. After catching my eye, Chris came over and asked if we needed any further assistance. We asked Chris various questions regarding both sofas and explained we're popping into DFS to take a look around before circling back.

The level of service, was night and day different. We weren't greeted in DFS (we were the only ones in the store with 3 staff members), when attempting to ask questions we were brushed aside and told 'the colours are on a sheet in the station' with no level of engagement or customer service. From here, our mind was made up that we wouldn't be using their service.

We circled back into SCS, proceeded with the sofa and added in an extra seat to the sofa.

Chris provided outstanding service, flawlessly guided us to our perfect sofa, answering any questions we had. I would've happily bought sun cream in the middle of winter if Chris suggested it.

I hope the reviews are fed back to the managers, and cascaded to the agents because Chris deserves recognition. It was evident he was passionate about helping people, not just the typical 'looking for a sale'
