The delivery was on time and the guys did a really good job in unpacking and setting the sofa up .we did find however that it is not as comfy as the one we sat on in the store,hopefully it will get better with use

Friendly and helpful staff - Chloe Northfield spent a lot of time with us and gave helpful advice.
Showroom was spacious and we liked the way that the fabric samples were hung up instead of flick through booklets.
The showroom had a gorgeous smell!
Can’t wait for our sofa to arrive!

Customer beware!! The sale staff lied to my mother about a footstool my mother ordered. Did not tell her or write on the invoice the size they ordered which was bigger than the one she requested.
Then when it was delivered she was given the run around from there customer services down to the store manager who would never reply to calls.
She ended up giving up because it was making her ill. She now a £250 stool in her back room she can’t use cause it’s to big and heavy for her to move.
But they got there sale and commission.

Very disappointed with the service provided by Poltronesofà Chelmsford.
On my first visit to the store the Staff were very unfriendly and very unwelcoming.
I purchased the items and had to wait four months for it to arrive. I was told it would be made in Italy, but when the crew arrived they told me it came from China!!!!
Items were missing on delivery, and after making several calls, the Staff was very unhelpful and provided very little customer service.
I regret my purchase from this store as everything about it was a nightmare.
If I had a choice of returning items and get a FULL refund I would not hesitate.
They did not honour their part in anyway.
I paid up in full, and expected more from as they promised but never delivered.
Training in Customer service is definitely required.

selection of furniture was excerlent we were spoilt for choice.wonderful designs for suites that people need.
the assistant was very helpful and careing . we are old age pensioners and needed guidance as our flat is smallthe choice of colours were plenty and materials.

My delivery was on time and the crew were very quick and efficient putting the sofas together showing me how to work the recliner seats. They cleared all the packaging and put it in there van then took it away. They were very polite and respectful of my property.

Welcoming. Given time to browse at our leisure but staff always there to offer advice and answer any questions we might have. A polite and pleasant experience.

The lady who served us Jackie was a nice lady but while taking personal details wasn’t very discreet and others customers could hear it all we feel we should of been taken to a part of the shop where our details were not shared and heard by other customers.

Delivery guys were prompt, efficient & courteous. Good comms around time of arrival. Took all rubbish away with them & left everything clean & tidy. Much appreciated

We were greeted upon entering the shop, but we we not pounced upon. We were able to walk around the store without any pressure. We found the suite we wanted then spoke with the salesman, who was really nice and friendly. When trying to choose a fabric, we asked his opinion, apparently the worst question to ask because they don't know the room it's going in, but he did ask us a few questions that made us question our decision, and in the end we went with what we had chosen, so he made us think rather than giving an opinion, which I think was more valuable. We then went through the costs, etc, but even at this point, there was no pressure to commit to a purchase, but then I could feel the eyes of my wife burning into me, it felt like Aunt Lucy's hard stare. We purchased the suite and went through the Ts&Cs, and job done.
Friendly, helpful and I would highly recommend. 👍🏻
