The staff were very friendly and knowledgable.
I had very limited space and tiny entrance and doorways but they knew exactly which 3 sofas would fit and showed me them and then talked me through ordering and delivery

The 2 young men who delived my chair. Contacted me before they arrived with a delivery time. They worked well together and treated my home with respect. They took every piece of packaging away with them and left the chair in the position I requested. It was plugged in and tested before they left. Perfect.

The Chelmsford shop is clean and inviting with a great selection of sofas. The staff were very helpful but not overpowering and helpful in helping me to decide what sofas I wanted.

Sales person very knowledgeable , after we choose the sofa and ordered it we then found out that the sofa had a 4 week delay .

We were welcomed by a very friendly assistant who hen allowed us to take our time to look and try the sofas in the store. She then helped us with any questions we had. Once we were happy with our choice, she helped us with the process of ordering and paying for our sofa, explaining things very clearly to us.
