I visited the Coventry store to find a huge amount of choice and varying prices. I wondered around at first to have a look before asking some initial questions about some of the sofas I liked. The staff were extremely helpful and gave good advice.
I returned with the other party a few weeks later to be greeted by the staff member who remembered my visit and what I had been interested in. Once again we tried various sofas gaining more info, but decided it was better to take some firm measurements to ensure we got it right.
We returned again with different ideas and our floor plan to be greeted warmly again by staff. Eventually we made our choice having been given superb guidance and the benefit of the knowledge of the member of staff whom without we would not have made the right decisions.
We were extremely satisfied with the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service we received and would definitely recommend.
We are now awaiting our choice to be delivered once made.

Great customer service at the Coventry Gallagher store. Attentive staff but not pushy. When our order arrived Craig & Ben did a fab job of unpacking and building and placing our sofas roybd the room until we were happy.

Purchase the Savazza that was delivered yesterday by Damien and Ben, the guys were great, they put the sofa together and took all the rubbish and were very professional and polite.
Absolutely love the sofa but was a bit disappointed that the circular add on head rest was missing, as it was on show with it in the showroom. Had the store assistant told me that part was not included I would have ordered it, hence the reason for 4 stars otherwise it would have been 5. 5 stars for the delivery guys though. Regardless of that I’m very happy with the quality and comfort of sofa.

My sofa delivery was excellent. I was given a specific time but this changed to much later in the day. I was kept fully informed so that I didn’t have to wait in and could go shopping. The crew said they would call me about an hour before so I had time to get back home. They did exactly that and had the sofa and chair in and set up in no time when they arrived. All the packaging was taken away too. Excellent service and great communication throughout.

Polite, super friendly and really good at their job! They kept us to to date with their arrival time and tidied up after themselves. They need more pay!
Only downside is didn't receive the care pack we paid for but hopefully customer services are sorting and were really helpful when we contacted them-still awaiting it though. Hopefully just an error.

It’s important to note I was asked to write a review about the delivery and not the shop staff or service received which was great.
The van that delivered to us was a scruffy taillight. It was hard to communicate with the delivery men as their English was poor. They parked on our neighbours property and they were either non plussed or didn’t understand.
Because of their lack of English they were speaking in their own language to each other while in the house which my wife found to be intimidating.

We have had our sofas for 2 months and they have already started to sink.
The cloth is now getting fur balls where we sit I'm so unhappy with my sofas.
I was told they were Italian and made to the highest standards but these are not going to even last the way they are sinking and the material is becoming rough.
I have already had someone come out and look at the sinking of the cushions and was told this happens.
So upset I will keep calling up until my issues are fixed.
Don't bother listening to the sales rep full of lies.

Really helpful delivery crew who put everything together and in place and took the packaging away for recycling. Great to be able to track exactly when they were going to arrive and to be kept updated by the crew.

Where to start ... wrong sofa was being ordered while I store until we realised and that was sorted to then being told our sofa was going to be delivered Saturday so removed old sofas to be told at 4.15 an hour and abit after our sofa was meant to be delivered that it wouldn't be delivered until early this morning which left us all weekend with nothing to sit on with our one year old .ooh and no manger in the warehouse to deal with any complaint which I find ridiculous there should always be a manger available .. come to today when we were meant to be going away which we cannot do now thanks to this and our sofas were delivered I acknowledge that , but one is faulty and apparently you have to wait 72hours for someone to call you to get
This sorts ooh and the delivery people fraudulently signing on our behalf to say it's been delivered as we weren't asked to sign anything !! I will be looking into this legally as that's not acceptable ! This whole service and process has been shocking and I wouldn't recommend to anyone and would avoid using scs !!

Visited coventry Gallagher retail store originally looking for a dinning table. We were warmly welcomed by Russ J. Have realised there were no tables we took a look round. We found we loved the adstock power recliner. We returned a couple of days later and completed the purchase. We would like to take the time to thank Russ J and the rest of a very friendly team for helping us

We spend close to 4k on 2 3-seater sofas 18 months ago, The leather has started to peel between one of the creases on the sofa we rarely use.
I paid the £75 for an engineer to come out to the house to give me an evaluation on if this was a manufacturers fault, They were in and out of my house within 3 minutes (I have footage to prove this also), This wasn't a fair appraisal of the furniture and they couldn't care less. The engineer report said it wasn't a manufacturers fault which I am really shocked about due to were the peeling is.
I have since been fobbed off about this being wear and tear to a product we spent a fortune on and rarely use.
I will be seeking professional and legal guidance on this, i will see ScS in court before i accept this is wear and tear and will be seeking further damages due to loss of my work time to wait for a 3 minute appraisal.

Dreadful delivery experience. Information of time of delivery and crew changed throughout the day, Arrived late in the day and the crew that delivered obviously did not want to be here. Not helpful at all, had to clean up carpet after they left and also had to adjust the drip strip back on front door to enable it to shut.
