Purchased Suite from Cribbs Bristol SCS. Sales team very helpful throughout multiple visits whilst deciding which one to buy.
Delivery was excellent, real time tracking of installation team. Quick and professional, sympathetic to our requirements.

Clear communication with regular updates. Tracker worked well. Easy to contact SCS and speak to someone to get reassurance. Delivery team friendly and efficient. Sofas look lovely.

Louri was brilliant really looking after us and advising - I was just pre open heart surgery and could not take stairs - she looked after us both and nothing was too much trouble. Chairs and sofa have since arrived and they are perfect - delivery men were brilliant too.
We had been into three similar suite providing shops and this one stood out head and shoulders above - you could also tell the great relationship the staff had between them - a really happy experience. Now I have had surgery and recovering we intend to revisit and thank her in person.
We popped in today Friday 27/6 unfortunately no it in but greater by the manager Simon and we explained visit and he too was briliant

Store experience in Bristol Cribbs causeway was good with friendly helpful staff.
Delivery was ok but not amazing.
You pay £150 for delivery only for the team to refuse to put it into the room it was destined to go in.
They only get 10-15 mins and then need to be gone.
Noticed this morning that the delivery team have damaged a wall with the movement of the sofa, not that a little bit of DIY can’t sort but that not the point.

Delivery arrived nice and early in the day, men were very helpful and did a great job!

Very good delivery service. The crew unpacked and assembled the sofa and took the packaging away.

Both of the delivery drivers were brilliant,made everything look so easy,both deserve a huge pay rise!!

Problems started when I had to pay balance with the system wanting to change me £80 more than the invoice. Eventually fixed by store. Delivery on the agreed day was missing a 3 seat sofa. Delivery crew were not helpful and struggled to deliver what they had saying they wouldn’t be able to fit through the door. They persisted and it fitted fine. The missing sofa was delivered a day later. A week later got messages saying another delivery was due but this was a ghost delivery so just got a delivery confirmation that had a fake signature on it, probably just to close their ticket down. Whole experience was so disjointed and disorganised

2nd time I've bought a new leather recliner sofa set from SCS and always a great service. New sofa was due in 12 weeks from order but arrived several weeks early. Delivery was arranged for a time that suited us and the delivery guys arrived exactly when they said they would. They were very careful bringing the new sofas in and all packaging was removed. Excellent service.

Great service, very helpful and friendly drivers and cleaned all the packaging away and checked I was happy with everything before leaving. Great thank you.

SCS and the delivery team Eduard & lulian all did an amazing job, I'm really happy with the sofa. It's been a good experience from start to finish. The team were very friendly and helpful in store, the two lads delivering were very helpful, set the sofa up in its place and took all rubbish away with them. Great experience all round, I highly recommend SCS!

Good afternoon.ive bought a sofa with you and it came with damage witch the guy came to sort today.
What I've got a problem with is that though his done all he can I'm now left with a permanent scar on it, so as a first time buyer I've not had the best of experience with the overall thing so I think I'm entitled to some sort of compensation for my upset, I'm not going to leave a review until I hear back from you.
Also I dont want my conversation to others be a bad one as that might put future customers off coming to scs,
I do hope you understand my upset.
