You currently get 1 stars because your aftercare is terrible. Experienced a terrible delivery due to poor care taken by delivery driver and lack of installation instructions. Now having to jump through hoops multiple times to get a resolution. Happy to change this review if you actually do anything. Not what I'd have expected when spending so much money.

UPDATE: doesnt help when the third party is asking me for all the same information I already supplied to you in the initial contact.

FURTHER UPDATE: 2 MONTHS for parts when your delivery hasnt assembled a 3 seater correctly!

Was assisted by a very pleasant and helpful young lady, who provided useful advice and made the purchasing experience simple.

They spent a lot of time looking at different sofas and taking time to sit and chat

The staff were friendly, helpful, not pushy just amazing. The quality of the furniture is outstanding with so many choices in colours etc.

We visited on different occasions and both times we were helped by different people but they were helpful and not pushy on our second visit we helped with our choice of sofa and our colour choices they were friendly and we had a giggle over some of our choices it made for a pleasant experience

Having previously chosen our sofa, this was a return visit to finalise and purchase. Sales assistant Toni was most attentive and helpful throughout the process. With help from Simon the process was completed as we required.

Visited the Cribbs Causeway store and was helped by Martin. He was very knowledgable and helpful, but never pushy. We had a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. The suites were good quality with a great choice of leather or fabric. I would definitely visit again and recommend. Thank you 😀

Delivery guys were excellent! New sofa came in sections so getting it in to the house was trouble free. The guys works fast and efficient and were easy to talk to.
