Good communication came when they said they would friendly helpful delivery men set chairs up quickly. Liked the free cleaning kit they left. The staff in shop had been helpful aswell.

I visited the Darlington store on Saturday to select a new sofa. Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products on view. As I am not expecting delivery of my chosen sofa until September, I can't review the actula product, or the delivery service.

The sofa and chairs were perfect and the delivery was in the expected timeslot. I was kept up to speed as to when the crew would be arriving.
In less than an hour, the sofa and chairs were positioned as I had requested and tested to ensure the electric recliners worked...which they did.
A friendly professional team that did their job well.
