Showroom really well laid out. All the sofas look great. Plenty of choice. Staff really welcoming and knowledgeable. No pressure sales tactics which is refreshing too.

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable I’m only disappointed that it takes 12 weeks before delivery.it used to be 6 weeks. Still bought a settee the quality and the workmanship is excellent so I was willing to wait. But 12 weeks is along wait

I visited the store with no intention of buying, just a look around but found some amazing sofas! after discussing several options with Ian (who was so welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy) I decided to buy the Gretna sofa, chair and footstool in a stunning green colour.

We ordered a new suite from SCS at Darlington in November 2025. We were given an approx delivery date then of 13th March 2026. A week ago I received an email to ask if they could deliver the suite two days early on the 11th March 2026 which was amazing. Yesterday we received a message to say the suite will be delivered today between 10 am and 3 pm. We were kept well informed all the way. This morning we received an email to say delivery will take place between 1pm and 2 pm. We then received a call from the delivery team at 12.30 to say they were about 45 mins away. They turned up bang on time. Two really lovely friendly and helpful guys. They brought the new suite in. Assembled it. Tested it worked. Made sure we were happy with it and took all of the packaging and boxes away with them. We could not have asked for a better service from start to finish. Well done SCS Darlington what a wonderful job from start to finish. We are truly happy with our new suite and we would highly recommend everyone involved from start to finish. Thank you. Pammy x 🥰
