From the get go of ordering our sofa to delivery, it has been a pleasure.

We went to SCS unsure what we wanted and were able to choose our suite there and then. The lady in the shop was amazing, she was helpful, understanding, explained our options and supported us to the fullest. We couldn’t have a typical delivery of 12 weeks from ordering due to building works taking place and not having a set timeline. We were reassured that we can order the sofa and when we are close to being done, to call into the shop to place the order for the sofa to begin being made.

The only hiccup I will say is that the original delivery date was delayed but only by less than 2 weeks which was manageable.

The delivery guys were spot on, rang an hour before, delivered the sofa swiftly and carefully.

Very stressful was all prepared everything cleared for them to delivery new sofa in living room for them to say we cannot deliver as it will not fit through door I was devasted .I had a day off work and had no settee for 2 weeks and we had waited 8 weeks for new one and they just said you will have to contact SCS and rearrange a new delivery .We had alternate access but my son was bringing the key,he was 5 mins away but they said we only have 10mins to deliver and we cannot wait he also done a risk assessment and it was still not suitable .I got my husband on phone to try to reason with them and then my son arrived . We had moved everything out of the way for them but they still questioned delivery and it was my son that convinced them to deliver the sofa . They were able to manoeuvre the sette into the into living room very easily .They wanted to leave and me unwrap the settee and put the legs on and I said no this is not the service I was expecting . They did unpack and assemble and set it up my new settee after I asked them to .This is not the experience of taking a new settee delivery as I had expected, I was left stressed and anxious .

Excellent delivery experience, early morning - which was spot-on - by two very pleasant, polite and friendly personnel. They were very efficient, placed the chair where it was required and connected the two pieces together. The whole process from ordering to taking delivery could not have been bettered.

We were kept informed of the delivery and was able to track the delivery truck. The delivery team were friendly, efficient and professional, thank you for a seamless service.

The delivery guys went above and beyond to make this delivery smooth couldn't praise these enough

Once again I have tried to use my extended policy of £500 because my leather recliner sofa, "cost almost £3000",the leather started to peal on the sofa arms.on the policy it clearly states you can claim for"scuff marks" I have just received my decline. I told SCS I want my money back because they won't honour my claim. There's still three years left on the policy. They declined I won't be buying anything from SCS again that's for sure.

The 2 seater sofa was delivered damaged. The delivery drivers took pictures for evidence of the substantial damage on the product. This is unacceptable we have waited weeks for this sofa!!! What happened to your quality control?

We visited the store at Cortonwood and Susie served us she was excellent
Kind patient understanding sorted everything out and even changed our order without any fuss putting our minds at rest

The guys delivering the furniture were quick, efficient and friendly. They removed every bit of packaging leaving the room tidy. All in all they did a top job.

Rob, the salesperson was very helpful and took note of specific delivery instructions.
Delivery was faultless. Superb. Friendly, polite and professional, the guys reassembled my sofa in no time at all.

The delivery team called to let me know what time they would arrive. They were on time. Dave and Dom were professional, polite and were a pleasure to welcome into my house. They completed delivery quickly and efficiently.

The delivery men were very careful especially as it was raining when they delivered our furniture. They set everything where we wanted it and checked all the electrics. Very pleasant chaps
The only downside was they didn't bring the easy glides and cleaning kit as there was none at the warehouse, it was to be sent through post?
So we will give it a few days to see if we hear anything.

Sofa delivered 14th of June, delivery works men damaged and stained the sofa which has required scs to send a cleaning service out twice with the sofa still marked.
Additional during delivery hallway flooring was damage which is still yet to be resolved despite constant chasing to scs. They don't get back in touch to solve the issue. Still no resolution and waiting for the flooring to be repaired/replaced despite. Would not recommend at all

Not at all pushy for the sale and very helpful with advice for fabrics etc. Excellent service for the delivery, very helpful, polite efficient and respectful of our home. Setting up the recliner and demonstration was great. Well done.

Everything went well from purchase to delivery. The delivery gent's were on time and very professional

Great service from Darren and Liam. Not the easiest of routes in to the house but they made light work of it and good clean up after all fitted.

I honestly have nothing but praise for Nathan the salesperson who helped me. He was brilliant. I had really come to your store just to get ideas on what I might like...saw the sofa I have purchased but that decision was a long time coming 🤣 even i was getting fed up of myself but Nathan couldn't do enough to help. He brought different colours and gave me time to swap and change really helped without pushing. Such a lovely young man who had so much time to make sure I was certain with my decision as I don't like change as I told him many times 🙄. I just kept thinking you poor lad I bet you'd wished you'd not dropped for me today....you don't need many like me in a day....so much patience and understanding. I would like to say a massive thankyou to Nathan...he deserves a medal as big as a bin lid 🤣
