Everything has been brilliant, from the moment I walked into the Kingsway store. Ant the salesman answered all my questions and gave me plenty help picking my sofa. The fellas who delivered was very good, respecting my home, absolutely love my new sofa.

Anthony ,who attended to us was professional and friendly and provided all relevant info for our requirements,the showroom was well presented,we wait and see if delivery and installation go as well!

The entire experience was excellent, from placing the order in the store to receiving the sofa chair. It arrived exactly as expected, and it looks just like the one we chose in the showroom. We’re very happy with the quality and overall service.

Paul at the Derby branch was very polite and helpful . Good comparative prices and delivery as advised after about 3 months. Delivery team arrived over an hour earlier than the txt . They were helpful and took away all the rubbish . So far so good a week having the sofas. 60 months interest free and SCS had a free delivery offer when ordered in April .

Well informed of delivery time. Email the day before with slot for the day. Email again the next morning with time slot to the hour. Phone call to confirm time of delivery. Arrived on time and found the correct house which is a problem sometimes. Very quick, pleasant and informative delivery guys. Not sure about suite yet. No chance to even sit on it.

I bought a 2 & 3 seater both are full of faults so bad it bought me to tears. I’m now in the process of trying to sort the issue. Spoken to a lovely guy Gavin who is helping resolve my poor quality sofas. Really dissatisfied with the quality but will happily update review if they sort the issues for me.

We visited the store just to see what was available, we was approached by Ant we just told him we were just looking at the min he asked if we need any help just let him know on looking around we had questions to ask and Ant was really helpful as we were looking around we didn’t buy that day but returned two days later and ordered with Ant great service really helpful highly recommended thanks

I didn't have much money to spend on a sofa so was pleased when I spotted just what I was looking for in style and price.
The staff were so helpful and made the process easy. I put down a deposit and payed for the sofa over a few weeks. Then came the day, my new sofa arrived.
The delivery drivers were polite and had put my sofa in place in minutes. The quality of the sofa is so impressive. This isn't just my opinion but the opinion of friends neighbours and family. I can't fault it. Well done brothers. Keep up the good work.

Delivery experience was excellent. Very good timely information, kept updated throughout. The crew actually arrived early and we were notified well beforehand. James and Anthony were brilliant. Very professional and friendly. Placement of the sofas was very quick, even with having to dismantle one to get it into the required room. Staff in the showroom were also very friendly and supportive. Have very good advice and realistic expectations. Sofas delivered as per initial timeline. The sofas themselves are very well made and comfortable. Exactly as we wanted.

Everything went to plan delivery was really good kept me informed when they would arrive all in all perfect

On February 7th this year I ordered a sofa and matching chair from our local Derby store, and paid in full. We were given a delivery date sometime in June, which was fine. On 10th June the delivery team arrived and brought the sofa in, but the matching chair did not have the correct screws to attach the feet..and unfortunately they did not have spares screws in their lorry. So they took it back ? Where is it now please ??

Great experience throughout, The lady in store was great,friendly and not pushy at all. There was almost a three month wait but that was explained before purchase and not a issue has we did not mind waiting for a quality sofa made to order.
The delivery was just has great, updates and live tracking and the two man crew was very professional and polite and fully respected our property it was a smooth and quick delivery and installation, The sofa was taken out of the packaging outside the front door and the. Brought in, all the rubbish was cleared away.
We could not be happier.

We had a great experience from start to finish. When we visited the showroom, we were told our order would be delivered within six weeks, and it arrived exactly as promised. The delivery team was punctual, professional, and very patient. They faced a bit of difficulty getting the furniture through the entrance, but they took their time, worked carefully, and made sure everything was in place before they left. We really appreciated their positive attitude and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Not received the sofa yet as not due. The experience in store was delightfully very good; we didn’t feel pestered or rushed. We were given time to ourselves to make sure it was exactly what we wanted.
All questions were answered and the assistant’s knowledge was very good.

Paul was amazing and anticipated our needs before we even did. He listened to our home life and suggested fabrics and couches that would fit accordingly he was incredibly kbowledgable of the products
