Showed us lots of different chairs explained how they worked excellent experience

I visited Poltronesofa at Glasgow Fort on 24th May just to get an idea of what they had to offer and what suited my living room best.
I was instantly greeted by Ryan who was so professional and polite. He told me a bit about the tags and colours that were on the sofas and if I needed anything to give him a shout and he left me to look around. The showroom was bright and clean and all the staff were super friendly.
I was instantly drawn to the small corner sofa that pulled into a sofa bad and Ryan noticed I was struggling to pull it out so came over to assist and show me what it had to offer. We got talking about what I was looking for and he was so knowledgeable giving me all the information especially about pet friendly materials.
After a few days I was back to speak with Ryan and get my sofa ordered. I took my dog into the shop and he was treated like royalty. Ryan and the other staff were amazing with him letting him roam about got his some water and let him on the sofas to get a feel. Ryan was very thorough ensuring he gave me the correct measurements and got me to double check this when I got home. He pulled the couch apart to ensure every basis was covered. After about an hour I had my couch picked, my colour, fabric and had my deposit paid. I was informed about the delivery time frame and where it was coming from and was told I’d be updated every step of the way.
All in all it was first class service and a massive shout out to Ryan who I would highly recommend at Glasgow Fort what a top guy!

From the moment I walked into the store I felt comfortable and the staff were so nice and helpful. I knew what I was looking for and once I found it Derek was so helpful with going through the specifics on the sofa. Showed me the different leathers etc. Felt at ease with Derek. Had a laugh too. Friendly and experienced and gave me great advice.

Manager Reice was excellent and not sure of the other staff members name, he was very knowledgable, we wanted our suite in a different colour and where shown suites with the colour to give us an idea of the shade and stuff, we were left to wander around store to look, no heavy handed sales talks, which we liked, made our decision and then the staff took it from there, we were gave estimated dates for our deliveries which was great, just need to wait and see what our suite is like on arrival, got my last one from here a few years ago and still perfect, but wanted different style

Was made to feel welcome and was Comfortable to speak with a gentleman called Ryan who made me feel at ease and was very helpful in every way .

Pierce was very helpful and patient while we tried out recliner seats. He explained how the seats worked and was happy for us to try out the chairs. We went away to look elsewhere and when we went back a week later he remembered us and what we had been trying out.
He explained the extended cover on the chairs which we decided to take.
Overall a good experience with no pressure. My only negative comment would be that some of the spotlights on the ceiling are too bright.

After many visits to try and find the perfect choice we eventually settled on a particular suite.
Ryan at the Fort explained the deal options and the insurance deal in great detail. His confidence made things so much easier.

We were happy to buy the suite and would have no hesitation in recommending yourselves to friends and family.

Sofas arrived earlier than expected which was great, lovely condition and delivery men were excellent the only problem was the sliders that I paid for did not come with the delivery but the store i purchased from assured me that when back in stock someone would come out to fit them as with the weight of the sofas I would not be able to fit them myself. I would definitely recommend Poltronesofa

Pierce & all the staff were very helpful and pleasant, especially on such a warm day! They were very helpful with information, suggestions, and discussing the options available to us. Tried another few shops but ended up coming back here because of the welcoming nature of the store & staff.

Was a good experience from stsrt to finish. All went well in store and staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Delivery was good. Guys phoned 1 hr before delivery and they were very friendly and helpful. They have the sofa together in no time. Overall very happy with experience

Being kept fully informed regarding our chair delivery was great,the delivery team arrived at the time they said they would. The delivery was first class and very professional. The staff at Poltronesofa Glasgow Fort were first class and very professional too from entering the shop,explaining our choice and workings of the chair.Zi was the staff member who explained things to us and made us feel at ease. We are delighted with the chair and have ordered 2more of the same.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable, they made the visit a joy, nothing was too much for them, and your furniture is so lovely I could have taken it all, I would definitely have no hesitation to recommend your store.
