Very poor email
We came in to purchase a new sofa email never came through after visiting the store twice to inform staff about no quote has been received. Once email came through price was a lot more as 10 days had expired so through no fault of or own sofa now more expensive not good

Thieves! Take money and no delivery in sight!
Ordered sofa beginning of August. Told delivery 15th Nov or before! Had 2 delivery dates and both cancelled and now 28th Nov and still no sofas!
Elderly gentleman who has had a knee replacement and lost his wife 3 months ago now been sitting on a garden chair for 3 weeks and going to bed at 6pm as in pain due to this and still no sign of delivery and refusal of refund! Emailed called and visited store more than 20 times and ignored and fobbed off. They spoke so fast and read off so much jargon in store that my father left upset and confused! I will be going to the FHIO about this and currently on a FB group for SCS failed deliveries ect and will advise them to do the same!
Sandra, if you check you system correctly you will see that I am indeed on there as my father gave permission! And a GDPR check has been completed!
Absolute shambles!

Impressed with the staff at the Gloucester store
I came into the Gloucester store twice. Once in October to look at suites and find out options and the second time to purchase a Suite. Cary’s served me on both occasions. Despite having only been employed by you for a short time, she impressed me with her knowledge and willingness to help making my decision to return and purchase from you easy. The other staff were also very helpful and knowledgeable.

Left vulnerable person without furniture
My 84 year old grandmother went into SCS Gloucester to purchase a rise and recline chair. This was due to be delivered 14th November 2024.
The day arrives and no chair is delivered and no correspondence from them. Incorrect phone number provided on documents.
Thankfully my grandmother is smart and managed to work out that there was a 0 missing.
Several phone calls made by my grandmother, she is told she cannot get her money refunded. They then said the chair MIGHT be at the warehouse on 7th December 2024.
Incompetent and greedy company having left a vulnerable person without the furniture she needs to support her at home!

Advance notice of when the sofas were going to arrive and updates leading to a precise time of delivery. Setting up sofas in correct positions and removing packaging, leaving the room neat and tidy. Dai and Lee were polite and courteous throughout.
