The two guys that delivered my sofas were very nice, even though they had a bit of trouble getting them through my foor, they were persistent and got the job done

Our chairs were delivered between the time it was stated. Kept us up to date about timings. Set our chairs up and gave us all the important information. Friendly and polite guys

Great experience - showroom was immaculate and smelled really good (Like you would expect a leather sofa showroom to smell lol), sales people were present but not overbearing and in your face (Barrie)-gave us a brief explanation of ticket colours and process, we were then left alone to look around without any pressures to purchase. When it did come time to purchase all options were explained clearly and fully (There was still no pressure to purchase and were told we could come back at anytime to complete the purchase should we still wish to have a think about it) Barrie was fantastic. Decent price as well which is always a bonus

I am extremely happy with my sofa , love it , it's really comfy, and support's all in the correct place, the men that delivered my sofa , 2 of them were very professional in there job , the other seemed like he didn't care at all , his dress scene was not of some one who goes into people home , old baggy shorts and an old t shirt which was not the proper fit , sorry but that's how my experience was

Would prefer some decent notice of arrival time. To get a text message at 06:40 on the day of delivery is no good. I get that this might suit the delivery team but it is not customer focused.
The delivery team themselves were very courteous, amenable and efficient.

Everything was excellent from the very beginning. Great customer service in store with helping to choose my sofa and colour scheme. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout.

Delivery men were were also excellent and friendly.
