From going to the showroom to choose a new sofa , to delivery of our lovely new sofas , every thing went to plan , kept informed, all staff lovely, friendly and knowledgeable

Visited the store early in the year, staff were very helpful and friendly, gave us plenty of time to make a decision on what we wanted.
Sofa delivered this week, arrived on time and the gentlemen delivering it were very helpful a had the sofa put together in no time - excellent job.
The sofa itself is lovely- good quality and well made - very happy with our purchase.

Lovely greeting from Cameron, who explained the various products and helped us narrow down what we were looking for, before letting us browse the store on our own. We really appreciated this as other stores have very pushy staff who never leave you alone. Once we’d found our sofa, Cameron was a star in making sure we were happy with all aspects & we were very impressed with his style and depth of knowledge. Overall a great experience & product to match!

I can’t believe you have sent a form asking for comments. Your incompetence, lies and lack of communication in our case means we will never deal with SCS again (even in its pseudo-Italian disguise). A simple request to send a swatch has escalated into a battle to get our deposit back!!! Communication is hopeless!!

Disgraceful you should be ashamed off taking people money you will here from my solicitor and will be putting it.all over about how you are not the sofa we ordered so hard and uncomfortable not what we ordered not colour we ordered just because we are pensioners where not thick so many times I’ve travelled to scs from Halifax got no joy didn’t have a sofa for2 days then said it wasn’t in wear house it would be 8 th off June then I said I would be coming for a full refund if it wasn’t coming my husband is 80 how would you feel sat on a kiddie chair if it wasn’t your mum or dad then he rang me back said or it is in wear house and send me this

From the sales lady in the shop to the two delivery men ,the service was excellent.
