Great Service

Great service. Kept you well informed of delivery. On the day delivery was perfect. Put the sofas where needed. Took away all packages.

Service received

From the salesperson to delivery the service was excellent.
Sales left us alone to browse and were helpful but not pushy.
Delivery communication was excellent and the delivery guys were polite and efficient.

I visted the store twise within a few…

I visted the store twise within a few days I brought my daughter the first time and my son the second .on my first visit I was very impressed with the gentleman we spoke with didnt rush us took his time to listen to what we wanted
On our second visit we were given a warm welcome and the gentleman remembered me and what we spoke about
Both my children were very impressed with the store believe me my son is very hard to impress
The store I visited was at Birstall and the gentleman was mj Patel
All of the staff were very kind
The kind of store you would go back to

Greeted us in a friendly manner as we walked through the door , giving us some good information regarding the products , then left us to wander round the store at our leisure, which we were grateful of ( when you get followed around a store it puts us off) then when we needed more information a member of the sales team was available once again no hard sell was used

Mis-sold and no email address to complain to! They don’t answer the phone either!

Bought a sofa from SCS and while the sofa itself is great, the overall experience was very disappointing. My order was initially processed incorrectly, I was misinformed about some sofa features, and the 3-seater footstool does not function properly as demonstrated in store.

I was also charged for additional products and services I did not request, and despite multiple calls and emails, I struggled to get any meaningful response. I even had to travel from Halifax to Birstall in person, only to be told the charges could not be removed.

Overall, poor communication, misleading information, and the way my concerns were handled left me feeling dismissed as a customer. Very frustrating experience despite liking the sofa itself.

Order sofa January 27 but still waiting for delivery

January 27, ordered two sofas.Delivery expected early May but due to delay was moved to the 18th and then again until the 21st. On the 21st spent the whole day awaiting delivery and contacting Scs showroom only to be told delivery is expected. At 7pm when I rang the third time was initially told we cannot do anything but after a few attempts they rang warehouse and were told delivery van's tyre was flat so unable to deliver will deliver at 10am on the 22nd. At 10am on the 22nd delivery still not arrived and told we will email warehouse but expect a 2hr wait. At midday get a call to be told sofa has been damaged and will not be delivered. You will need to reorder your sofas. Still we don't know when we will receive our sofa

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the sofas we received from ScS. We have only had the sofas for just over 30 days and we are already experiencing ongoing issues with multiple sofa arms sagging, not clicking properly, and not staying in position correctly.

A technician already attended previously regarding the same issue, however the problem has returned again and additional arms are now faulty too. The sofas now look uneven and the arms do not feel solid or properly supported.

What is most disappointing is that the quality of the sofas delivered does not feel anywhere near the standard of the showroom model we viewed and tested before purchasing. The showroom sofas felt much sturdier, more supportive, and far better built.

For the amount of money paid, we expected a product that would last for many years. Previously, we owned Sofology sofas for over 10 years without problems, so naturally we expected a similar standard of durability and quality here.

Instead, this experience has caused inconvenience, stress, disappointment, and a complete loss of confidence in the long-term durability of the product. If these issues are already happening after only a month, it raises serious concerns about how these sofas will hold up in the future.
