It was easy,relaxed.The salesman didn’t try to force us into anything.

Good delivery . but noticed some anomalies in the fabric with creases and odd blotches.
Sent mesaage to service team. Lets see if the extra I paid for aftercare brings someone out to attend with it.

Saif was a really pleasant knowledgeable young man and helped choose the fabric that would suit my needs
I took out the Elite package for aftercare so hope that I don’t have any problems should I need it

Helpful in the shop, as in regards to buying the corner sofa.
The delivery men , where very good and on the hottest day of the month never moaned once and just got on with the job.
They are a credit to your company.

Overall happy with our experience.
Visited twice before deciding on new couches.
Revisited next day to change colour. Checked if any increase to price & assured no. However both couches have increased by £50 due to colour & leather change. Disappointed with the discrepancy. Communication should be better/ more honest.

Keep away from this company , its a shambles, sofas not made to standards. Go onto Facebook scs complaint page and see for yourself .we sent ours back .

Compared to all the other furniture stores in the area, it was the only one where I didnt feel as if the sales staff were pushing for a sale. I was very indecisive and MK was really helpful in helping me pick colours, show me different designs of sofas and then giving space to think.

I love my recliner but do find it hard to push back for it to recline , wil that get easier with use

Nice friendly greeting on arrival. Helpful staff, lovely environment.
We placed our order for our sofas in March, but have not received any updates, apart from our email of purchase. We were told the expected delivery date of 24th of this month.

The delivery was spot on time and Darren and Harry were great. They unwrapped our sofas carefully and brought them in and set them.in place

Massive choice and exceptionally helpful staff. Made the whole experience really good. Would highly recommend.

The delivery of my satee was superb. The satee was delivered at the specified time. The men where polite and put the satee together quickly and tool all the packaging away

Arrived the day it should both delivery men were carful and took all packaging away with them.

The two men who delivered our furniture were very very professional, helpful,happy and took all packaging away.
The only problem was the system, we got a message that said the furniture would be delivered 10.50 -11.20. That continued until around 2pm when we got a call to say they would be with us in about half hour.
Up to that phone call nothing on the tracking changed. We are both nearly 80 and my husband was getting very anxious and wanting me to phone all the time. Is there no way to keep tracking up to date with what is happening. Thankyou

Lovely suite but not shown how to operate recliners on battery

In store we had a really friendly experience, places like this usually feel very high pressured and like you’re being watched/followed but this was extremely relaxing. The gentleman that served us was at hand if needed but respected our space as we browsed. The delivery crew were fab, they rang ahead and when they arrived they were extremely respectful of our home while being really warm and a good laugh as they set up our furniture then clearly explained everything before leaving. Wonderful experience all round :)
