Extremely disappointed with the quality of the sofas we received from ScS. We have only had the sofas for just over 30 days and we are already experiencing ongoing issues with multiple sofa arms sagging, not clicking properly, and not staying in position correctly.

A technician already attended previously regarding the same issue, however the problem has returned again and additional arms are now faulty too. The sofas now look uneven and the arms do not feel solid or properly supported.

What is most disappointing is that the quality of the sofas delivered does not feel anywhere near the standard of the showroom model we viewed and tested before purchasing. The showroom sofas felt much sturdier, more supportive, and far better built.

For the amount of money paid, we expected a product that would last for many years. Previously, we owned Sofology sofas for over 10 years without problems, so naturally we expected a similar standard of durability and quality here.

Instead, this experience has caused inconvenience, stress, disappointment, and a complete loss of confidence in the long-term durability of the product. If these issues are already happening after only a month, it raises serious concerns about how these sofas will hold up in the future.

Communication re delivery poor, came at an earlier time given. Left without a sofa for 4 days. No care kit, no extra 12 glide 40mm Self adhesive. Still waiting for the manager to call me!!!

Easy process, the sales person Mohammed answered all our questions and gave us the confidence that we making the right choice and delivery was as agreed. Paying the balance had a cut of deadline which I wasn’t aware off ie. lunchtime so delivery was delayed but only by a day. The delivery guys Darren and Tom were great, on time, confirmed by phone, and were polite, courteous.

Fab choice of sofas (and wow the range of colours and fabrics!!) the staff were incredibly helpful, patient and not pushy at all! The store is beautifully laid out and smells incredible!

A price change in less than 3 days to the sum of £130 refund they owe me, is like trying to get blood out of a stone, you Phone them , but it does not help, Iv a good mind to cancel the order, as i got 11 days to do so, I am not happy at all

After initially feeling a little overwhelmed and bombarded by persistent approaches from members of staff, I soon realised that they were actually an exceptionally friendly and helpful team. They were all very patient with no feeling of a heavy sell. I placed my order with “MK” in the Leeds, Birstall store who was a pleasure to deal with.

Sales staff very helpful and polite ,Manger was unhelpful with our queries and disrespectful to a member of the sales team giving him a dressing down in front of us . We have been to the store 6 times to sort out a issue and hopefully this has been done as promised . Delivery team excellent with respect for our home

The store was lovely, it had the most beautiful smell which I commented on. The leather chair we ordered is very stylish. we went to the Store just outside Leeds and had the expertise of Callum. We were treated so well and considering we only spent £1000 and probably not the biggest sale that day we were very impressed with the kind service we received.

The sales person was very helpful , polite and found just what we were looking for.
