The young sales guy was very attentive and the purchase was efficient. However the delivery process was difficult and they forgot to deliver the power lead for the recliner!

From the minute we walked through the door we were taken care of.
We eventually found our dream sofa and placed an order with you. We are now very excited and waiting patiently for our settee to arrive, which we have been told it should be with us by July.

On time very efficient

Wonderful store with a variety of standard to high end sofa's. The showroom smelt exquisite I could have stopped all day. Excellent customer service from the store assistant and manager how could we not walk away without purchasing what we came for.

So far brilliant service waiting on the delivery service next Saturday but they have also been great communicating a delivery date.

On our first visit we found the staff to be friendly and very helpful.
We purchased a sofa bed, the staff demonstrated this in some detail and were knowledgable.

The sales person was very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive, not pushy but very pleasant. Gave us time to think and consider and was attentive to our needs.

A very friendly welcome to the store at junction 27 by Syed. He was very knowledgeable and really helpful. He brought me and my daughter a drink and made us feel at home. He wasn’t pushy and left us to have a good look around. I can’t praise him enough.

I travelled in Paltan Sofa and also selected a sofa. Everyone was very nice, especially Saeed Bhai who helped me to choose the sofa. Please, I would be more benefited if you could deliver my sofa as soon as possible.

A nice warm welcome. The staff weren’t overbearing and left you to it but was always on hand if you needed assistance. A beautiful aroma around the store (please sell this with the sofas or just in general!!!!) Wide range on display and the process of ordering was very simple. We walked away very happy with our choice of sofa and where we purchased it from

Not delivered on the day they said had to go back to the store to see were my hair was said they could deliver on the 30th said I want it today as nothing to sit on got the chair today only the plug was broke had to go back again not good customer relations
