Great atmosphere
Great atmosphere, Nick and Andrea made us feel relaxed and at home, even encouraging us to take our shoes off, and put our feet up.

Exceptional service
Iestyn and Dave were exceptional, they kept us informed of the delivery time, wee careful when bringing in the furniture and put everything together.We purchased a manual 2 seat recliner and an electric 3 seater, lots to unpack and put together, all done efficiently and carefully, the lovely shop assistant Andrea was also patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. All in all a very smooth, informed experience.

Matt and Josh from Llanelli branch came…
Matt and Josh from Llanelli branch came to the house today to deliver our furniture.
Could not have asked for a nicer pair of guys. Very helpful, polite and chatty, took great care when coming in and out the house, also showed us how the furniture assembled in case we needed to move it. Whole experience from the store to delivery was excellent

Great costumer service
