Dreadful Delivery
Recent delivery service of my new sofa and chairs was awful and very upsetting.
I absolutely love my new furniture, purchased at the Loughborough SCS store, however the delivery team sadly let SCS down.
One guy in particular was in such a mad rush to off load the furniture, he almost dropped the sofa on the drive, he was franticly ripping off the covering and took no care in trying to get furniture into the house - he was rushing with everything and was rude.
The twister chair would not fit through doorway and he just said 'so where do you want this leaving - it won't fit?'
His colleague was much more helpful, and said it would fit if door was removed, so I grabbed my dad to remove the door, but the rude guy said he didn't have time and said I would have to hurry up. I told him - NO - you will wait whilst the door is removed and deliver my furniture!
The whole experience was very upsetting and stressful. The guy clearly took no care in delivering for SCS and really let the company down, he was rude, abrupt and rough with the furniture, really shoving and pushing and damaged the wall in the hall (chunk of plaster and paint has come off).
I paid £99 for this service which quite frankly was not worth it.
I recommended SCS to my elderly parents who now have furniture on order from the Loughborough store and I sincerely hope they receive a much better delivery service than I did.

SCS DELIVERY
We just had our sofas delivered today by Kingsley and Ehis. They are one of the best delivery Guys I've seen. They turned up and assessed how they were going to attack the doors to get the sofa in. Spot on service - Over the moon
Such a great experience from start to finish. Our salesman was spot on. Not too pushy, which I like. Delivery was a doddle. I was contacted the day before with a time slot and again on the delivery day with a more accurate time. Our drivers Carl & Paul called when they were close by too which was nice.
Absolutely would recommend ScS, I'm a very happy customer.
