The staff at Luton are great, they don't follow you round the store, so you can look and browse with out any one pestering you, the young lad in the store were i purchased my sofa was great help, made us feel relaxed, no pressure , very helpful indeed, a credit to Scs

Furniture delivery
Just had my sofas delivered by Si.on and Dan. Very good service. Kept us updated about arrival times and kept to it. Very friendly and helpful. Unpacked our furniture and took boxes away, making sure we were happy with everything.

More information required
When I purchased the suite I was not shown anything about the suite. I did not know that it was electric until I saw the sales document. I was also convinced of buying a recliner set even though I had not wanted a recliner because it would be better for delivery as it comes apart as I had voiced concerns about getting it through the front door. But the delivery men had difficulty delivering the settee because it did not come apart.
On a positive note the sales assistant did arrange a better deal for me with regard to my finances.

Great experience from start five weeks ago to finish
Today our sofas arrived after a five week wait , we originally ordered from hatters way Luton store.
we’d been sitting on garden chairs as we’d sold the old one not expecting it to be brought so fast.
Phil ( aka roger ) and Chris were brilliant from start to finish , we received emails regularly from scs to let us know the expectations of delivery and true to their word Chris emailed to confirm it would be arriving today a few days back , then confirmation yesterday with a rough time slot and then this morning he rang to let us know exactly what time , we were the first drop off.
They’d come to Bedfordshire all the way from the warehouse in ESSEX on motorways today very impressive.
They were so prompt ,friendly and helpful they delivered both sofas to their place unwrapped them and changed the feet and added the special sliders for ease of movement , took away all the packaging and checked them off..
we’re so pleased with our silver Aurora sofas. All,before the rain came as well so doubly pleased. Ty so much to scs from hatters way from the start of the process and then head office emails etc and now to huge ty to Phil and Chris for the final destination ..very happy indeed. Workers like Phil and Chris rarely get a pat on the back ,people moan a lot but never says thanks so we’re saying thank you to them both and scs your lucky to have crews that care and are so decent . TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Ordered an electric sofa and they forgot to send the power cable for the electric functions of the sofa. They sent that after a month and lots of customer service calls chasing for it. I got so fed up with them that i ended up returning the sofa for another non-electric one. This time (no surprise) they forgot to send 4 legs for the middle part of the sofa. This sofa was ordered on 15th of February and i am still waiting for them. After speaking to customer service they will "chase" the department responsible and let me know whats happening. This is the 2nd and the last time that i will be buying anything from SCS and i hope that everyone else do not get the same horrible experience i had with them.

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service. Called me an hour before arriving. We don’t wear shoes in our living room, they respectfully took their shoes off. Very prompt and efficient, very happy with my new sofas .

On time, polite and friendly service.
My partner had hurt his back so wasn’t able to help with any of the delivery of our sofa and chair. The delivery was on time we were kept informed of the time slot and they arrived on time. The delivery drivers were polite, understanding that my partner was unable to help and even spent time plumping the pillows and arranging the cushions for us. Excellent all round . Ref BDC-932-933
