Tom in the showroom, (Gateshead), he's a very patient and knowlegeable salesperson, (I picked his brains....he deserves a pay raise ; )
I am returning to the N.E. to live after many years in the USA and setting up a new home was a bit daunting but Tom made the furniture buying easy....I'll be back to see what you've got in the 'arm chair' line one of these days. Not sure of the purchase date as I'm not where I have my paperwork, it was in May 2026.
Hope to make the 'final' move in the next 6 months.

After waiting 16 weeks my settee,s upholstery is terrible creases and bumps looks worse than the one I I changed it for and I am waiting to see how they proceed with my complaint. delivery personnel were good.

Great service and advice. The men who delivered and put up the settee were very friendly and helpful

Corner suite delivery and installation
Delivery and installation was chaotic and rushed resulting in missing support feet, screws not tightened, lack of care and attention to the product, no plan for a good installation and couldn't wait to leave, resulting in missing parts and a 3 week wait until a fitter comes out to fit and check all fittings properly, then, hopefully we can use our suite. this has greatly let down the store and us, the customer.
The staff and store at metro centre were excellent throughout but have been let down by substandard delivery and installation process.

I am sorry to read about your experience with the delivery crew and how this felt rushed, causing issues with the installation of your sofa.
I can completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you.
It is noted that a service has been raised and the required part has been placed on order. An appointment has been booked for a technician to attend on 13/07 as this allows time for the part to arrive ready to be fitted.

Thee whole process went really well
