We went to SCS Middlesbrough last week to have a look around and to see if we could find a corner sofa that would go nicely in our front room. This is where Barbara comes into the mix 😊. Absolutely lovely lady and took the time to explain to us a few things that had changed since we had last bought our sofa from there. We told her our ideas and she lead us straight to our dream sofa. She also helped us to pick out the perfect colour fabric after listening to what we wanted.

A few days later there was a bit of confusion from our end not SCS and Barbara took the time to call us and reassure us.

We are absolutely over the moon with the service we received and cannot wait for our new sofa and chair to arrive. We don’t want to wish the year away but September needs to hurry up 🤣.

Was really easy and simple to pick out and buy the sofas we wanted and Barbara made the whole process seem less daunting since we are getting our first home.

Sofa was delivered and the "specialist team" couldn't get it in the room, so they left it in my kitchen unassembled.

Matthew was very friendly and helpful. He offered advice and helped us to choose the best sofa for our needs.

The sales staff were very friendly and helpful..also the two delivery drivers were excellent.

I have ordered for months now but they haven’t supplied my sofa. Kept on extending the date. I regret ever having anything to do with this company. You can’t opt out but held hostage. I won’t advise anyone to patronise them. The worst scenario is that no communication from any of their staff except you ring them.

Delivery and ‘installation’ of two sofas today was excellent. Communication before and on the day was accurate and helpful. Delivery team were first class. Cheerful and helpful and efficient.

Visited Middlesbrough branch today and was greeted by Paula, paula was really friendly professional and extremely helpful while helping us settle on which sofa, Paula was really informative and catered to our needs and listened to us which made the experience a whole lot easier. Thank you Paula!

Start to finish it's been a seamless process. The sales guy we met in store was really helpful and accommodating and didn't hound us. Without him I don't think we would've bought this sofa and that's a compliment to him as he guided us and secured the deal. Updated with delivery information throughout and could live track. Lads who delivered it were polite and efficient.

Paula was amazing. She spotted us outside, my wife in a wheelchair, and let us in to the store a few minutes prior to opening. Nothing was too much trouble, amazing service, great advice, she made buying our new sofa a lovely experience.
